Kindest and friendliest staff. The owners are excellent people. Amazing views. Excellent and tasty breakfast.

Great room with sea view, sun rise and sun set fabulous. Breakfast good. Bit of an incline to go into Lynton from hotel. Terrace nice to have a drink and watch the world go by. Sea, rock faces, colours and very grateful for the breeze.

We had an excellent stay. All areas were well maintained but retained their traditional charm. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were all very helpful. The location was ideal for us as not only could we enjoy the wonderful views from the hotel, but it was right on the path to the Valley of the Rocks, close to the amenities of Lynton and to very near the Cliff Railway down to Lynmouth.

We loved our stay and will definitely stay again in future. Cosy room with stunning views, lovely staff and owner. Breakfast was wonderful. Love, love, love.

Difficult for me to leave a review for the Hotel as I was only their for one night as I was taken ill. Would like to say the family who run this Hotel were exceptional in taking care of not just myself but my wife and children also. Can't thank them enough. My intention is to visit this hotel again once I have regained my health not only for the stay but to thank this family personally. Allan.

Charming old building, with upgraded bathrooms and in-room heating. There are additional rooms available for guests to use and abundant outdoor seating. Roo.s are equipped with all necessary amenities. Shops, restaurants and walking trails are only minutes away.

This hotel is an excellent find. Great views from our hotel to the sea, excellent English breakfast (served to the table). Easy to get to all parts of the town. A good sized car park, and our room was dog friendly. We will stay again.

A lovely property with stunning clifftop views. We had a spacious bedroom with an unbelievable view of Lynmouth and the sea. Breakfast was included and lots of choice.

Freshly refurbished hotel with fantastic views across Lynmouth. A unique opportunity to have breakfast next to the cliff railway. The couple running the hotel are genuinely a lovely couple striving to make your stay welcoming, comfortable, and homely. Keep up the great work.
