Only reason for not giving 5 stars for all measures is because they are constructing a new wing and a house across the street. Cut down on the peaceful escape i was hoping for. The hotel did send a notification (appreciated) but it was after booking on Expedia who offered no refund.

The receptionists were excellent. They catered to my every need smiling all rhe time. Service in the restuarant was dissapointing apart from my breafast server the first day of my trip. The rooms were cean, large and airy and the decor apealing . Construction was tali,ing place at the hotel while I 2as there. But hoestly it was not intrusive.and I was travelling alone so this could have been really impacted tne tranquil atmosphere I was seeking, but it didnn ‘ A list of services the hotel offers would have been helpful ( I needed laundry done, but i checked the closet and did not findanybag or laundr sheet, so determined you did not provide 5his servic3. It would also be most helpful, if a printed version of the tours was provided in each room. I will definitely visit again. Cathy

They treat you as family member seeing to your needs. The front desk and concierge staff scheduled everything perfectly to suggesting other activities or the Chef Charlie Collins sending us home with a wild papaya jam. My whole family loved our stay and we are looking forward to or next visit at Hotel Panamonte!

Amazing staff

Gorgeous hotel with wonder staff!

The staff, including the maid service were excellent. However, whenever the wind blew the windows shook and banged, making it difficult to sleep.

I was supposed to receive a continental breakfast. Yesterday I waited over half an hour and did not get served. Then I had to leave without breakfast to get ready for my activity

We love this boutique Hotel's swedish historical charm and appeal as you step on the property grounds. People are nice and friendly. And the gardens are simply beautiful. Our only suggestion would be continued customer services training for the staff. Customer recognition and taste is a huge fidelity / loyalty builder and they could learn how to develop skills in that direction.

Great place to stay, beautiful and amazing food

A beautiful hotel with superb front desk personnel. The servers in the bar and the adjacent restaurant were great. The food quality is mixed. You would do better in town at some of the other restaurants.

The best stay I have had in Boquete. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is so beautiful, the staff is amazing and wow the restaurant extremely delicious. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks. Everything was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to stay.

Panamonte is a wonderful historic place. The hotel has a lot of charm, service is outstanding and food is delicious. Highly recomended.

Beautiful property with 110 yeats, the garden and room was beautiful. The breakfast was really tasty, the jam and the granola was excellent.
