Easy to get into centre by bus. Helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but go early!

Cleanliness, customer service and breakfast was amazing. Only wish there were more/ better toiletries and the shower was very small and tight. There was also a step into the bathroom which was a tripping hazard (our room was small to save money.)

Hotel was super clean and greeted by friendly staff. The hotel was located from walking distance to convenience stores, and restaurants. I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were smaller than what I thought. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. They do offer breakfast from 7 to 10 A.M. for seven euros per person.

Good level of service, helpful staff, some nights it was quite cold so you would have put another layer in, the breakfast was very good, felt safe

The staff were fantastic helpful and good humour. Breakfast was great and at 7€ reasonable price.

Staff members in this hotel are very polite and try to make sure that guests feel comfortable and have anything they need. However, many things are beyond their control. The rooms are in poor condition and in need of repair. Paper thin walls so I could hear everything happening in the rooms around me, TV offers only Italian tv channels with no smart tv present (it’s 2024 time to upgrade), so I couldn’t even drown out all the sex noises by watching a movie… barely working shower. What made me angry the most was the advertised bar was closed and advertised coffee shop / lounge was just a wending machine. However, staff members tried to accommodate me as well as they could and promptly found a kettle for my room.

Reception area is pleasant, service is good. Our superior room was very basic and tired. The noise travels from the outside and within the hotel so sleep doesn’t come easy.

Sobre la habitación para mi fue perfecto porque era una sola persona. Siempre mantuvieron muy limpia y ordenada con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Los alrededores muy tranquilos y cerca a una estación de bus, aproximadamente para ir al centro de Roma toma como 18 minutos en bus, que a mi parecer estuvo bien. Hay restaurantes, supermercados, lugares para comprar los tickets de bus. Me he sentido a gusto y muy cómoda en el lugar. Muchas gracias a todos por sus atenciones.

Clean, nice neighborhood and very quiet

The reception is very friendly and the hotel is located in a quiet side-street. But the interior is a bit bleak and run-down in parts. The breakfast consists almost entirely of cakes. Fruit and bread are of limited quality. The coffee from a self-serving machine is good, though. Staff is polite and attentive.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was small but it was expected. There wasn't any kettle or complementary coffee.

The staff service was excellent, room clean. My only suggestion is that the breakfast should had more variation of food like more type of ham and cheese. Also the eggs was not hot

Hotel was ok, just very basic for a standard double. For example, only 1 pillow per person, no tea and coffee in room, only one of each choice in mini bar for a couples room. Service was ok but on arrival they did not give us any details about breakfast / wifi / check out etc which would have been nice. They also incorrectly booked our airport transfer for a 6am rather than 6pm slot which meant we received a very early unwanted wake-up call! If you want basic and are happy for a 30mins walk into the Rome centre then this is fine

Hotel, room, location and breakfast were very good for the price. Very helpful staff.
