We paid for an ocean view & got put into the first floor. The veiw was of beach volley ball court, a hotel & some other buildings. Breakfast was good, had to pay $.

It was raining. The balcony seemed nice, but we couldn't use it.

Very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Our room was a bit dated but perfectly fine. We did notice some rooms have been refurbished.

Very nice hotel

They turned off the air conditioning on the hottest days of August, claiming an electrical blackout, even though the reception's air conditioning, elevators, electric gate, lights, and hairdryers were all working. It's clear they wanted to save on electricity costs when guests would use the system the most. I'll never return to this place.

Very nice and clean hotel with very spacious family rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and nice view over the beach and ocean. The staff in the reception and breakfast restaurant were very friendly.

Wonderful friendly welcome and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend ... and we'll come back when in the area. We booked a lovely room with balcony and sea view, nice stay and the friendliest of staff everywhere.

Great hotel, close to the train station. The hotel room is a great accommodation for the price paid and the staff is very nice, they are willing to go out of their league to provide a great service. Is also close to the beach and to the main plaza in Chiavari. All within walking distance.

Excellent view and great staff

An overnight stop on a longer journey. The hotel was good value and had an EV charger which was a great boon. Slightly old fashioned in atmosphere but the room was spacious with a balcony and a sea view. A five minute walk to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants. The receptionist was welcoming and charming.

The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Safe parking lot for 10 euro per night. Great breakfast also.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good restaurant . Easy walk to ferry for trip to San fruttuoso and portofino .

Friendly, courteous staff, sea views, nice breakfast, nice inexpensive dinner menu. Upper rooms would be better to avoid traffic noise.
