Staff all go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! In Italy when it’s cooler weather, they control the AC and they feel you don’t need it. Most hotels do the same. I asked if there was anything they can do because I like sleeping with cold ac regardless of the temperature outside. He first said nothing could be done but somehow the ac started to cool. The location is safe and wonderful and close to everything, no need to drive. Love all of it!

Santa Margarita is a beautiful city full of charm. Hotel Jolanda added to that charm. The hotel was perfect! Beautiful room. Beautiful breakfast and steps away from the main area. Beautiful Hotel.

I would like to start this review with ... I was in awe when we went inside our room, it felt like 5 stars hotel, the room seemed like a picture taken from a home decorating magazine, room was furnished with very good taste. In the morning we had petite dejeuner and I felt like being in a very expensive hotel, there was nothing to dislike about this property, in fact I highly recommend it when visiting Santa Margherita Ligure

Very pleasant hotel

It was a short 10 minute walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was decent with many options. The cappucino was not great but otherwise good place as a base to get to Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Very comfortable hotel and one of the best we stayed in during a tour of Liguria. Cfortble rooms, some with balconies, nice outdoor patio and interior public space. One caution to travelers not with a group: the hotel’s attractive common areas make it a favorite of tour groups, these will overwhelm the hotel at times: you may walk a little farther but the two sister properties, particularly the Sant’Andrea, offer a more individual and caring experience. We did not dine in the hotel, but those we spoke too gave the restaurant high marks

Its run by a wonderful family and treats its guests like family as well. Centrally located to all convenieces like train station. Their breakfasts had more delicious choices than anywhere Ive been and reasonably priced cocktails, outdoor dining, comfy lobby for relaxing

Good location in beautiful town of Santa Margherita. Streat is a bit noisy from very early hours. Ask for quiet room. Breakfast is good.
