Comfortable, great location, best hotel (I think) in Citta di Costallo.

Friendly staff. Good location. Noisy street (alley) outside room. Breaker went at 2 am when I was getting up to leave. Got ready in the dark.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near restaurants and a grocery store. Parking was free and near the hotel. If I could give a tip, I would like to have outlets next to the bed to charge my cell phone.

Classic old hotel tastefully modernised. Return here regularly for family reasons. Helpful friendly staff and good breakfast Continental style. Centrally located and have dedicated parking in front of hotel....often an issue in other centrally placed hotels in medieval towns. For Italy good value for money What's not to like?

Lovely older hotel in the middle of the historic centre..just a block away. Lovely helpful staff, good english and nothing too much bother. Rooms clean and well appointed

Hotel in centro citta con parcheggio. Palazzo storico con caminetto nella hall !!! Personale gentile e professionale.Ambienti puliti . Non ho utilizzato ne servizio colazione ne ristorante. Wifi non proprio funzionale nel collegamento.Camera spaziosa e pulita.Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto.

Hotel bellissimo, soprattutto gli spazi comuni arredato con molto gusto. Bagno ampio e comodo. Colazione buona: aggiungerei qualcosa a base di uova. Unica pecca la piazza dove affacciava la nostra finestra fa da cassa di risonanza per gli immancabili strilloni tiratardi.

Hotel molto bello, posizione centralissima , colazione ottima e abbondante ma..camera al primo piano, al secondo sarebbe comunque stato lo stesso, di fronte a un pub e fino alle 3 di notte è stato un continuo schiamazzo, poi alle 6 o poco dopo, passa il camion della nettezza urbana...in una situazione così basterebbero i vetri insonorizzanti per rendere il soggiorno piacevole

Albergo molto bello ! Struttura molto elegante con zona antica e zona Moderna.E' situato nel bel mezzo del centro storico di Città di Castello, a 50 metri dalla piazza centrale.Personale gentilissimo, albergo molto pulito e ottima colazione. Perfetto per convegni. Camere grandi e arredate con molto gusto. Ideale per qualsiasi tipo di vacanza. Non delude mai.
