Clean comfortable room with modern furniture. Small bathroom but central location and handy for the station and city. Walls were very thin so could hear next room easily and a child (?) bouncing a ball in the room one evening. Good buffet breakfast Steps to reach the lift which may not suit some guests.

This hotel is very handy for Porto Nuevo Station, which is the one you want for central Turin.

The location was poor as every 4 nights I stayed there,,, the was lots of people talking laughing watching some TV shows ,, football? Always very nosiy fm 11pm to 2am,,,

I’m appalled that I wasn’t informed before or at check k In about the breakfast room Being closed. Admittedly we were provided breakfast off site but we ate only provided minimal selections. Worse, we were provided with plastic knives and forks! The room was very hot and noisy .

Extremely good location - close to transport (train/tram/metro line just across the road, direct airport shuttle bus 2 mins walk over the square), super easy to walk to all key sites, convenience store opposite for snacks and essentials, and plenty of bars/restaurants and nightlife around yet feels safe and friendly area. Staff happy to help. I was given a suprise free upgrade on arrival (from economy double to kingsize superior) which was a lovely gesture. Room was very clean, had adjustable temperature controls, mini bar (items at extra cost, but fridge could be used to store other items), kettle and large TV. Choice of pillows (normal and memory foam). Amazing powerful rain shower and decent smelling shower gel. Some damage to the floor and shower door missing bottom seal so flooded the bathroom a bit, but didn't bother my stay. Pro tip: take earplugs for peaceful night stay, as like with most hotels there was some noise from adjacent rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

Easy check in and I was able to store my luggage since I arrived early. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast is available for a fee, but didn't try it Location was less than 10 minutes walk from Centrale station and very close to eateries and stores. Totally recommended.

The hotel suited our needs perfectly for our 10 day stay. The room was comfortable, although the hanging area in the wardrobe was high to reach for shorter people! It was very clean. The room was also very quiet and in a hot period, kept nicely cool. The staff were very helpful and answered all our many questions, providing us with useful travel information when we needed it. The hotel was very well situated both easy access to the centre of Turin and also the train station. The airport bus was very close. We would return.

The staff here were wonderful, very kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I also appreciated the location, which was excellent: very walkable with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection, coffee, pastries, and fruit. Unfortunately, the room itself was not great. It felt more like a dorm in that it was tiny, with stains on the walls, not very clean, and furnished simply. The shower was a plastic stall (good water pressure), and the bed was a single with only a sheet. The Internet was slow unless I was in the reception. While the A/C and heating worked well and the price was great for the location, the overall atmosphere of the room was a bit depressing. Stay here if you plan to be out and about for most of the day.

Great stay at this conveniently placed hotel. Railway station, shops,buses, cafes and restaurants and places of interest all in easy walking distance. Air conditioning and internet.
