The staff was kind and the breakfast was very good.

Great staff, out of the way and on a busy street. While we were there the bus went on strike, making it difficult to get around.

The staff amazing, breakfast very limited and need more staff on pick times, the room was big and solid, the shower unfortunately is a hassle, the water going out the doors, the room very thin walls can hear the noise on other rooms, other than that very good and we enjoyed

The hotel was in good condition, we reported the heat was unbearable the first night night and that the air con was not working, we were told the air con was switched off because it was November, the hotel should be mindful of ambient temperature and respond in line with this; the receptionist was rude when informed of this and the advice was to open a window. other than this the staff were very good for our stay, the traffic noise outside the hotel and passing people were a problem, ear plugs are advised if staying here.

Comfortable and clean

The property was located in a very convient place, next to major bud routes and with short walking distance to many noticeable sights in Turin.

No cups in the room, fridge did not work and reception hung up on our call.

Beds are not so comfortable.

OK value of money. Typical Italiano breakfast. Small concerns are about pillows are too soft.

We arrived late and depart early, however it was perfect for what we needed. Nice employees, clean and spacious room, good breakfast
