Lovely hotel on the lakeside, very friendly and helpful staff. Thankfully had parking nearby too which helped a lot. Breakfast was really good too. Would happily return again.

I paid a lot of money for a superior room but the room waa barely a standard room. The onky superior feature was the lake view. The kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom plug as it wouldn't fit any other socket. I had 2 paper cups for hot drinks and a couple of tea bads and 2 sugars for 3 night stay. The bed was very hard and facilities extremely basic. The room was bare and very small. For a room that should cost over £800 for 3 nights out of season that is shocking. I asked to be moved but the room they put me in was even worse. I asked for a partial refund free Expedia who did comtact the hotel for me but no partial refund was made.

Not quite up to the standard expected for the price paid. However the location was very good and staff friendly. Had to checkout early and no facility allowed to get an early breakfast or cuppa before 7am! No facility to pay bill the evening before when tried to at 10pm

Very warm & helpful check-in. Easy instructions to parking lot nearby. Comfortable & clean room. Terrific waterfront location with restaurants etc in close proximity. Plentiful array of choices for breakfast.

Nice old style hotel with proper lobby, right across from lakefront promenade. Best value found! Very friendly staff, free gated parking! Just our front is quiet lawn area with bars and restaurants putting their chairs out at night. Loved it.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much! The hotel is old fashioned in style but with all conveniences, and most comfortable. The room was spacious, we had a little balcony, the view was amazing! The staff was most helpful and kind, both in giving us directions how to get where we wanted, and assistance. We were invited to a welcome dinner on the day of arrival which was excellent. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Would love to return again! Special thanks to Martine and Jessica, at the Front Desk

Very convenient location by the boat departure, restaurant and easy parking. Not crowded as in Stresa. Hotel staff very friendly, clean room, nice view of the lake from the room, and great breakfast. Only issues were A/C not available while it was quite hot (~32 dec C) and bed mattress pretty stiff. The experience was very pleasant overall.

Lovely 3 day stay on an upper floor with views of the Lake. Terrific staff, very friendly and helpful. The usual complaint for most European hotels, small cramped shower, and extra firm pillows and bed. No big deal.

Lovely hotel on Lake Maggiore with lake view room. Nice accommodations, friendly, helpful staff and lots of assortment for breakfast. Very convenient location.

The hotel was well located, very close to the ferry station. The only problem was the noise in the room from other rooms, it seems that there is no insulation.

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to help. They spoke English very well which was helpful

great place, extremely friendly staff and fab location right by port. just beware that you cant get a train out of milan to palanza after 9.20m and that the buses from the station arent very frequent some days. hotel was great apart from the dodgy aircon that was v noisy on/off/on/off! but everything else made up for it so I'd still go back!

A/C virkede ikke optimalt så der var 25-30 grader på værelset og kunne ikke nedkøle rummet, det var de klar over men tilbød ikke kompensation VIRKELIG dårlige parkeringsforhold som de kunne tilbyde modsat hvad der stod på hotels.com Sød og venlig betjening

Leider war mein Badezimmer nicht sauber. Überall fanden sich auf Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und Wänden lange Haare der Vorgängerin. Ansonsten ist das Hotel leider sehr hellhörig. Die Wände scheinen dünn zu sein, da man das schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer hörte.

Nous avons changé de chambre pour 20€ de plus par jour pour être face au lac. La première chambre "standard" était très sombre au premier étage vue sur une ruelle très étroite sur le coté de l'hotel. La deuxième chambre vue lac était bien plus agréable, mais la salle de bains était équipée pour des personnes en chaise roulante, ce qui n'est pas très agréable pour des personnes valides

Schönes, altes Gebäude mit typischem Charme, Frühstück in Ordnung, es fehlte Brot, einfache Säfte, Zimmer schön, es fehlt Beleuchtung am Schrank, keine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen, Parkplätze in der Nähe auf gesichertem Gelände

Magnifique hôtel en face du lac, chambre très confortable et personnel dévoué à l'accueil, juste parfait nous reviendrons !!
