Close to square and daily excursions and within walking distance to some great restaurants. I chose breakfast option with booking with Expedia but the desk person said we were not entitled to breakfast. It was a little embarrassing when approached as making a plate. Other than that, it was enjoyable stay.

Excellent location. A few minutes walk from the train station. A few minutes walk to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the main shopping area. Room is clean, but dark. Noisy at night because our room is close to the street. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The shower room is just a corner of the bathroom with a shower curtain and a drain. We have to clean up the water every time after the shower as the floor gets so wet regardless how careful you showed. The breakfast is so-so with limited selections. It is nice that the hotel puts a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy for free. We don’t drink but appreciate the offering.

First of all, the staff are super nice and very helpful. They genuinely want to make your visit to Florence enjoyable. The location couldn't be better. Very close to the train station, a two minute walk to the tram that goes right to the airport and so close to all the monuments, museums, restaurants and shops. The rooms are perfect for dropping your bags and exploring the city. They are typical of a major international city - not huge but they have fully equipped bathrooms, lots of towels, comfy beds, mini-fridges, etc. Great value in an excellent location. Very safe.

Very conveniently located near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence, this hotel is a nice hidden deal. While the 19 steps to get into the lobby are a bit steep for someone with a heavy bag, there is an elevator for getting to your room from there. The bedding is plain, even dated, but warm in winter.

Love the hotel, it was neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Great location, was able to walk to everything. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

The property is located right next to Santa Maria Novella square. A wonderful church and many dining options.

I’ve never felt more welcome and cared for. The staff were so kind and helpful and showed a genuine interest in making sure we enjoyed our short stay not only at the hotel but in the city of Florence. This was close to the train station and all the sites. The facilities had character that felt in line with the city. Our room was clean and though slightly dated, it was comfortable and the AC worked well.
