Stayed in a family room, large double bed, 2 single beds. All fine. Basic but very functional. Location perfect, we loved staying in Lido and this is a short walk from the dock yet set among lovely bars and restaurants. The breakfast was limited but had all we really needed. Overall we would be happy to use this hotel again.

The hotel was in a very good location, with very friendly staff — especially the man at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. No matter what you asked, he was always ready to assist. Very pleasant service. I highly recommend it.

Really good stay for my 2 boys and I. The sheets were crisp and clean and the room was spacious. Everything was as clean as it could be with the dated look and old carpet in the room. It would be nice if the rooms were as decorative as the hallways. Super price for everything we needed. Stellar location just a short distance from the water bus station. Plenty of restaurants right out the door of the hotel. The beach was a quick walk too. Nice and relaxing after being in the heart of it all day long. Devi recommended if you don’t want fancy and elegant rooms. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The shower door was hard to close shut it was two doors that came together in a corner which made the rest of the bathroom extremely wet, to use the toilet we had to wear our shoes and then dry them to come into the room. The area was great.

Staff are the friendliest and most help that we’ve encountered so far on our euro holiday. Rooms are quaint and the a/c was so welcomed. Beds were comfy and cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was great. Only downside was that although advertised as having laundry service there was none.

Very nice hotel definitely worth the price and everything was smooth staying there.

Located in Lido about 40 minute on a boat from Venice train station. Staff was helpful to get to the hotel. Good dining options near the hotel.

Not far from Metro. Friendly staff. Bathroom had mold on the window and showerhead stand was broken.

Great place to stay at Venice. It’s a bit away from all the crowd so it’s definitely a nice place to come back and chill after a long day. Great breakfast food The staff are very friendly

It was a nice experience. Closer to the lidi beaches, the stay was excellent. Transportation (port) was close by. Breakfast was a let down with not much variety and the same fixed menu. But then again you are not in Venice for breakfast!!! Ill definitely recommends this place.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The shower didnt have a glass partition so we were forced to take baths, but because the tub didnt have a stopper we basically flopped around in a metal tub trying our best to have a wash. Hotel was overall "okay" we didnt mind it because we only paid 114 Euros per night.

The hotel is on the main boulevard in Lido, close to the beach and close to the Lido's water bus station. it is absolutely convenient. We were worried if we could hear the street noise at night but it was very quiet as the room was at the back, away from the street. The bathroom was very clean. The receptionists were all very friendly. The kitchen staff for breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Good continental breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Have stayed here four times over the last 20 years and we've never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
