There are 2 restaurants across the street from the hotel. Patrons can be loud when drinking at night so be aware of this. Room 2 urgently needs one chair reupholstered and is not useable. Room was very clean and the hot shower was good. Staff are very friendly and recommended Nevodi restaurant (15 minutes walk from hotel) for dinner. The food was very good but if you sit outdoors, be sure to use bug spray since the mosquitoes will bite. I recommend this small hotel with its close location to the center of town! 👍👍

Diego was amazing and offered lots of brilliant recommendations. Arthur also got to play football with a lovely gentleman who we met a couple of times in reception. It would have been great to have a little fridge in the room for Arthur’s milk however all staff were helpful in letting us keep the milk in the bar fridge !

The hotel is in a great spot, and the room was clean, A/C worked great. Staff was kind and friendly! Our room did not have a refrigerator, which would have been nice. Also, there was a strong perfume smell on most fabrics which made it difficult to sleep on the first night. Finally, there are multiple bars at street level such kept us up a couple of nights. Though, if you plan on being out late, that won’t be an issue. Overall, glad we stayed here

Great location for exploring the wonderful Venice and so convenient for getting from and to the water taxi’s. Plus a nice little bar next door! Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. Not a modern hotel but nice, it was clean and has character, I found the beds to be comfy. I would recommend this hotel.

Centrally located which is great, but the property is old. The toilet smelled really bad. Sewerage system is also old which I guess means the poo smell comes up through the plumbing. Service was good and they let us leave our bags after check in so we could explore the city.

Amazing hotel...close to all the must sees in Venice....but far enough away to feel quaint...hotel has been in the same family for generations...close to resturants...would definitely recommend...if you're planning a trip to Venice.

Small family run hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful with eating/activity suggestions. Great location - close to restaurants and vaporetto stop. Close enough to San Marco, but without the crowds. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, as did the air conditioner. Hotel has a lift, which is a bonus in Venice. Would recommend.

A lovely family run hotel, right in the heart of Venice but still maintaining a small and intimate feel. The breakfast is great, beds are comfy and the AC is a lifesaver, particularly in the summer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone for either short or long term stays.

It’s a small old boutique type of hotel owned by a family. The staff are the owners and they are delightful.. their recommendations were excellent. We had such a lovely time. The rooms are simple but very clean. The shower works very well with great water pressure and the air conditioner was excellent.
