Staying here was a wonderful experience! Hotel Alessandra was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Florence, including one street away from the Ponte Vecchio. The room was always very clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here on our next trip to Florence!

Room was very clean as were the premises, Staff were welcoming and friendly and eager to assist. Breakfast was good with eggs and bacon along with pastries and yogurt. Hotel is on 4th Floor so be prepared to get your leg work out in.

Best stay during our time in Italy. Breakfast was nice, room was beautiful and Monti and staff were so friendly. Would recommend!

Amazing location, Amazing staff, will definitely return. We were treated like family by the staff, they are so kind and helpful. Monti made us smile every time we saw him! Steps away from ponte vecchio, perfect location to easily get to the popular sites.

Large space. So that was plus. Otherwise, it was a very wonderful stay and we had a complimentary bottle of wine.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly, they had continental breakfast for €10 if you pay cash and it's very near to all city attractions by waking.

Need to be able to carry luggage up 20 or 30 stairs before you get to the small elevator. Wonderful staff and terrific breakfast. Room was great.

Great location! The staff was nice and friendly. Walls pretty thin, you can hear people walking through the hallways. Our neighbors were pretty loud, stomping and talking loudly at all hours of the night. Other than that would recommend.

Amazing and incredible staff, so friendly and accommodating. They were the best part of our stay. Room was clean and in great condition, sizeable as well. Fantastic location. Would 100% stay again.
