The property was amazing. It was right next to Uffizi gallery but was still very spacious. Staff was very friendly. Brunch was excellent, much better than expected. Would definitely stay there again

For more than 20 years I have been staying at this property. The accommodations are cavernous, clean and have everything you need. The breakfast staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The desk staff are surly and uninterested. They will do only what is necessary and don’t appear to care if you have a good experience. Most hotels ask if you had a good stay but, staying in line with the surliness we experienced right from pressing the intercom to enter the property, they didn’t bother to ask. They weren’t rude but they couldn’t care less either. So glad I spent my money there! Either way, the property is well placed, clean, cool and comfy. Would stay again purely for convenience and location but it creeps up my back when one has so many options for places to stay and the staff are apathetic. Why work in customer service if you don’t like people or is it simply tourists?

Breakfast was wonderful. Location is great. We had 2 rooms one the bed was very hard the other was soft. Rooms were mildly noisy we heard banging in and off through are stay. We used transportation which was good.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and location was very convenient, central to sights. What really stood out to us was the excellent and kind staff. They were incredibly helpful during our stay, from getting us a dinner reservation last minute to finding a doctor to come to us when our baby became ill during the trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was spacious and convenient central to all shops and restaurants.

Buen desayuno, un poco de ruido la calle exterior. Muy lindo el hotel. Todos los elementos de la habitación de muy buena calidad. Quedaron de conseguirnos un taxi a las 4;30 am y nunca llegó. Eso nos complicó mucho la ida al aeropuerto.

We had a great stay at Relais Uffizi. Hotel room was lovely and clean with a great breakfast. Excellent location to see all the key sites. The Wifi was not great and had no access in our room only in main areas.

The room was stunning, it was large, the bed was comfy and the design was unique. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

very nice hotel, the only reason for not 5 star is that our room was very close to reception and we found it quite noisy, phone ringing early, talking guests and activity. The other small detail is the extra flight of stairs where elevator stops ,(we managed but not ideal for some guests who might find his difficult), room was attractive, breakfast exceptional, and location is perfect!

The staff are very nice and attentive. Amazing room created inside a historical building with nice classic vipe. The room is well kept. Very minor issue if your gadgets are different from Italian sockets. Found that even if i use the international converter, the sockets that are the 3 holes standard in Italy will not work. This means the available working sockets is less (only 2 in my room). But that does not change the overall pleasant experience.

A very nice hotel off of a small alleyway. Great location. The hotel has an elevator. The breakfast was delicious with the dining area overlooking Piazza Signoria. The room was nice, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and with a large shower but bathrobes were not provided as stated. The room overlooked another roof. A better view would have been preferred but we didn't actually spend much time in the room. Staff was friendly.

Overall the property was so nice. The breakfast included with your stay is soooo delicious! That was a real treat. Fresh squeezed orange juice, chef prepared meals, and tasty assorted pastries and parfaits. The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. My one complaint. There are a lot of mosquitoes inside of the property. I left with several bites. We killed several in our room, and there were mosquitoes flying around at breakfast and the staff at the front desk. So that was a bummer, but besides that everything else was lovely.

The staff is so helpful especially the front desk . He’s friendly , polite , have a nice smile despite asking several favor . The breakfast is very good . They have delicious home made pastries and bread . They cook the eggs , any preference as part of the free breakfast . They have freshly squeezed orange juice , which is not common now a days in European hotels. They used to , but a lot of the hotels omit that now . They give you now box orange , which is not good for you
