We had an excellent day, if we come back to Paris, we will stay here again. That’s the highest recommendation. I can give anywhere because I like to try new places.

The staffs were accommodating especially for freezing my butters. The room was small .it would have been nice if there was a table or stool to place the luggage/bags instead of the floor. And ac would have been nice. There was a balcony if you like fresh air. Only con when you open the balcony the metro train were so loud. But then if youre tired you will sleep right away and you wouldn’t be bothered by the train passing by.overall the place was great.

The hotel is located in a fairly busy area but it's pretty quiet inside. The room was small but very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. A buffet breakfast was served in stylish, modern room, and had a good choice of items, including healthy options. We are vegan & managed ok. The staff were absolutely lovely & very helpful.

Room on the ground floor, on the main road, with people outside looking into the room, was not ideal. Next to reception, so quite noisy. Bathroom was damp. Nice bed.

The hotel is located a short walk from Saint-Marcel metro station on Metro line 5, so it's convenient for Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon stations on foot, and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est by Metro. The hotel overlooks a busy street but our room on the top (6th floor) was quiet. The hotel is well situated in an area with several restaurants and a short walk from the Natural History Museum with it's gardens and zoo (Menagerie). The hotel room was clean and well presented. There is a small dining area located in the basement where a good continental breakfast is available. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Loved my room. Perfect size for one person. The en-suite was very cleverly designed but definitely not suited to plus-sized people - the door to the shower was about 35cm! Bed comfortable, windows opened fully, air conditioning worked, quiet hotel though on a busy street but I love this & the windows shut out a lot of the noise. Location was perfect - not far at all from metro stops & Jardin du plantes! X

This hotel was very convenient for us as we only stayed two nights and had to take a train from Gare D'Austerlitz which is within easy waling distance. It is also very close to a Monoprix supermarket and two metro stops. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and also a pharmacy. We didn't have breakfast so cannot speak to the offerings or value for money. The bed linens and pillows were amazing quality and helped us to get a really good night's sleep. The drinks (such as coffee) offered at the front desk are quite expensive and unusual to not find coffee provided for free. Can recommend a walk around les Jardin des Plantes. So beautiful!

We absolutely loved this beautiful and quaint hotel. Our room was big enough for the both of us and the bathroom was beautiful. Staff was amazing and so accommodating. We arrive early and they stored our bags while we started our sightseeing. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony, no extra charge. They also stored our bags on the day we checked out, so that we can continue to sighsee before our train ride home. They area has plenty of restaurants and we were only a 2-min walk from the metro. Just a perfect hotel and stay for us! Thank you!!!

Very nice and comfortable. Great location.

This is the second time that I have stayed at hotel Orphée. First with friends then with my 10 year old daughter. On both occasions I had a lovely stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast are really good with a large variety of savoury and sweet things. They also have really good teas, which is a must for me and you can make your own pot. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you, which is great when you are their on holiday for a short space of time. My ten year old daughter loved the hotel,staff and the breakfast too and gave them her own glowing review. She loved the fact that they leave homemade cake out for guests to have a slice and their lemon and orange water that you can drink, if you fancy. I will definitely go back to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in Paris. Good size room...for Paris...at a decent price with a very nice breakfast. They have a hamman, too.

Clarence and Marley provided a great check in experience. Cecile the GM always remembers me nd makes me feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the breakfast is worth the price !

Conveniently located near a metro station. I found a superb bakery nearby. Cool water and delicious pound cake by the front desk.

Pauline checked us in and she was very helpful and kind. Pauline was able to get our room ready prior to it being fully ready as she understood we wanted to change before exploring the city. All staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay. Bed was comfortable. Location was great - very easy walk to a nearby park and across the road from a metro. We really enjoyed the use of the steam room as well!
