Good location, clean room. Desk doesn’t have electricity outlet, meaning cannot work by sitting at the desk with PC.

Outside of the property is dirty and noisy and looks unsafe. But property is safe and good. Staff are nice and always ready to help.

Very near the city centre. Well located for the Metro. Room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. This isn't a deal breaker however. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and well presented, and did exactly what it needed to in terms of providing a comfortable bed for night time after a busy day out. Can't fault it.

The room is a little small for 3 people but aside from that, no other complaints. Great value for the room and services provided.

It was an okay hotel close and walking distance to puerta del sol.

The place is fine, staff is nice and helpful, room was clean, but don’t expect anything else than paper thin walls… wish you luck on your room neighbours as they will determine how’s your sleep…

Excelente ubicacion para caminar y disfrutar de Madrid. Para personas con mucho equipaje quizas la habitacion podria resultar pequena. Fuera de eso excelente lugar

Officially a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 or 4 star hotels. Clean, quiet and air conditioning. Nice shower, has a mini fridge and the room had sockets for international guests.
