We loved our stay! Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to all of the main attractions and excellent dining options. The staff are friendly and professional with a 24/7 desk. We don’t speak Spainish but all of the staff were fluent in English and gracious about our inability. The rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay. But a lack of AC or a fan made nights a bit too warm. Overall recommended and we would stay again in the future.

Honestly. I was really impressed with this place. I booked it last minute thinking it was going to be your typical hostal and I was pleasantly surprised. The desk person was lovely with me and the room was comfortable with more towels than I could possibly use. I’d highly recommend.

The property and the staff was perfect just that the charging point of the room didn’t work to charge my phone perfectly

My issue was with the lack of amenities and the fact that the AC DID NOT work in the room and they kept insisting that it did. The room never got cooler than 25- which is way too warm. They also did not have free coffee in the rooms and when I asked about ice or a microwave to heat up food for my kid they said no. Staff wasn’t very accommodating. I def would not stay here again.

The hotel is located in a great, walkable area, full of dinning and transportation options. The staff is friendly and helpful, however the bed was absolutely terrible. I could feel all the springs in my body, which made going to sleep very difficult. In addition, the room was hot, and we were told that it was against the law to turn on the AC before summer…

Good quality price ratio, room was nice, good size. Very nice staff.

The property is very nice and conveniet to all areas, it's just a bit loud at night because of the bars sorrounded area

I loved this property. Everything is around the corner. Centrally located with a lot of dining options around and a block and a half of Gran Via and metro station. Staff is very responsive and professional.
