Cute room and friendly staff. Good location. The only con is that they are under construction so there is no lobby or breakfast area, corridors under construction. However room was nice and there are good bakery options nearby.

The Lapin Blanc is undergoing an expansion, which I wish they had disclosed when I made the reservation. The tiny lobby area is undergoing construction (they're expanding into the shop next door, which will be great when it's finished), and the breakfast room is closed— so they provided coupons for a free crepe and coffee each morning at the creperie down the street. The small rooms are simple but nicely appointed, and the location is excellent on Blvd. Saint-Michel. I'd recommend Le Lapin Blanc, but ask about when the renovation will be done.

L'hôtel est en travaux actuellement, mais ça ne ressent pas trop. C'est calme et les chambres sont magnifiques! Parfait pour un weekend en amoureux!

We had a nice stay, the staff was very helpful. The bed is very soft but comfortable, and the room is small but larger than the Paris average. We did have an issue with laundry, we asked for some clothes we needed for an event to be pressed and they were supposed to arrive at 2pm, but only arrived at 8pm, which complicated matters for us. The location's great.

The public area not to impressive as they were renovating but the beds and linens are really comfortable. The whole room is charming and very clean. I would stay here again.

Small outdated lobby and elevator. Front of building boarded up with graffiti. Small outdated lobby and elevator. Next door to a club with homeless person a few doors away. Walkable to nicer area. Glass shower right next to the bed with only a sheer curtain for privacy. Very strange! Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Good location, clean rooms, but frustrating that the breakfast wasn’t available due to construction. They provided a coupon for a free coffee and crepe at a shop down the street, but they weren’t open when we were trying to have breakfast so it wasn’t helpful. There is a coffee shop next door with pastries that we went to instead, and it would have been great if the coupon was so we weren’t sure why that shop wasn’t an option for the hotel’s coupon.

As the hotel was under renovations the staff still did a tremendous job to make us feel welcome and our stay enjoyable. Tenzia went above and beyond to help with catching buses and trains and visiting the sites we wanted to visit. Outstanding customer service.

Sadly, not quite the stay I was expecting. The building is being renovated - no mention of this in advance and the hotel front door didn’t lock. I was concerned about my safety but it was late & I just wanted to grr er t to bed. More of the hotel is being updated and no breakfast available - I was given a card to go to a local place for a pancake. Bed was comfy, room was clean enough but I was concerned for my personal safety so checked out early.

Almost missed it because the front of the property was completely boarded up with graffiti. Inside had exposed drywall and painters tape, wiring exposed and amenities very limited. Not what you want after a 14-hour flight. Property refused any assistance. Expedia same except for lane tokens. And yes, pictures were taken. My last effort with Expedia and this place too.

Though staff were friendly, we were disappointed in the property itself. It was rated as a 4 star hotel and we have stayed in many 4 star properties; this was a 3 at best. The room was much smaller than expected, the safe didn’t work, the mattress was poor quality, and overall the room did not offer any amenities typically associated with 4 star hotel. We were also not informed that the kitchen was closed with construction in progress at the property despite the fact we had breakfast included with our room.

Friendly staff, good location. On 1st floor could hear underground metro trains & could be a bit noisy first thing in the morning people in other rooms using shower etc. Reception getting upgrade but no impact on room. Would stay again.

Hotel situate in Bd. Saint Michel, near by RER B Luxembourg, it’s easy to arrive. Hotel is under construction, but room is clear and perfect. The lady who helps me check in is kindly. I enjoy my stay.

We recently stayed at Le Lapin Blanc and overall had a very good experience. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for Paris, and the bathroom was a great size. The staff was excellent—bilingual, very friendly, and always helpful. There were a few downsides. The lobby is extremely small and can feel cramped if more than a couple of people are there at once. While I liked the bathroom overall, I wasn’t a fan of the plastic, “porta potty”-style toilet (just a personal preference). The biggest issue was the elevator. It is extremely tiny—so small that my family of three with carry-on bags exceeded the weight limit. It also triggered claustrophobia for me, so we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay, which was tough after long days of sightseeing. That said, the location is excellent—the room is well air conditioned and it’s an easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and other attractions.

The staff was so kind and helpfull - The hotel was not fully open due to renovation this Easter 2026, which was of course a minus but The rooms were really nice and The hotel is really well located for many attractions and can be recommended.

Perfect location, lovely room decoration. We stayed in this hotel 9 years ago and when we decide to come back to Paris, this is our first choice :)
