The staff was wonderful. The hotel had charm but the rooms are SMALL. We got a triple and while you could technically get 3 beds in the room, that was it. There was no room to open luggage other than the bed and barely room to walk. Also, while it does have an elevator, there are still stairs that need to be navigated with your luggage.

Location good for what we wanted to do in the city. Rooms snug (esp the bathroom) but perfectly comfortable and fine for what we needed. Staff really friendly and helpful and the daily cake in reception definitely a winner :-)

I had a great experience on my first trip to Paris, staying at Hotel Doisy Etoile. I was very impressed with the staff at the reception—they were kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was overall good, though adding more variety would make it perfect.

Great find in Paris. Nice people working there, clean and cute rooms and very good (and cheap) breakfast. Hopefully will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay in Doisy Étoile. The room was very nice, clean, modern and had everything you need. The staff was really nice and always very friendly. Also the location was perfect, really close to Arc de Triomphe and several metro stations. The only minor disadvantage was that the noise insulation isn’t the best because it’s an old building but that didn’t bother me too much as my room was facing the courtyard so I didn’t really hear any of the traffic from the road.

old, shabby. I was told told a terrace---no terrace. I was told airport shuttle, no airport shuttle, they said they just call a cab.

Great location and quirky

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic. Having cake available downstairs was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side but we didn’t mind. Walkable to different metro stations, and to Champs Elysee for shopping. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Good place to stay in the heart of Paris

The hotel is very cozy and nice. One of the electrical outlets in the room did not work and we could not seem to get the bathroom fan to turn on but otherwise it was a very nice hotel and only a few minutes to the l’arc de triumph and the CDG Etoile metro. The staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff and accommodating as we had a late departure. Late check out was an additional option but loved the flexibility!

A beautiful, cozy and aesthetically-pleasing property. I felt very welcome at this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and stunning. Location was convenient with lots of boutiques, cafes and restaurants around. I would definately come back to this hotel.

The Doisy is a small boutique hotel in the17th arrondissement, discreetly tucked away in a charming side alley. Our room was on the small side, but elegantly decorated and appointed (it does look just like in the website picture). The location within walking distance of of the Arc De Triomphe and The Champs Elysees is very convenient, as is access to nearby Metro stations. The young service staff is very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, the elevator was not working properly during our stay. The inside stairs are also twisty and narrow, and could pose a problem for senior travelers who are mobility-challenged. Overall, the hotel offers very solid accommodations at a reasonable, but not cheap, price.

This is a small hotel with a big heart. The staff were amazing and bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Easy access to metro and walking distance to the Arc. Would definitely stay here again!
