Even not a kettle glass in the room .

A lovely experience - the staff were courteous and the modern room was very clean. The breakfast which cost a little extra was delicious and the parking for a little extra was very secure.

I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there

Room had drain smell and mosquitoes. Also there was power outbreak during my stay.

Good overnights stay a few km from Seville. Served its purpose. Great coffee downstairs at the bar

Quality in general is almost 3 stars. Noisy air conditioning, everything-cold breakfast. Cleanliness is ok.

Good for local transport services into Seville, handy for airport via uber/taxi. Food nice, room comfortable, near main road which is busy. There’s a small pool in a sun trap area on ground floor. Suitable for short stay.

Great hotel relatively close to SVQ airport in Sevilla. Comfortable rooms, modern facilities and very good breakfast. It’s definitely good value for money.

Staff in restaurant is very friendly, hotel was clean. Parking is little tight but manageable. Overall a good place to stay!

Very nice clean comfy hotel

Two major problems: thermostat set at 25 degrees which is too hot to sleep at. I called reception without any resolution so I was forced to sleep with windows open and kept awake by traffic noise. Also the shower had two different temperatures only ice cold and scolding hot. Nothing in between and it changes temperatures mid shower.

It was a perfect hotel close to the airport, however the air conditioning does NOT work. Because of that, it was very difficult for me to get to sleep

The A/C in my room wasn't working, instead of changing rooms, I was told all hotel rooms are the same and was given a fan! Room was finally changed at 1 AM, new room had working A/C. I was literally told I had 3 minutes to get breakfast, even though I was paying full price. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was satisfactory.

We arrived late and the staff at reception was very professional an friendly. He made us feel welcome.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds , the staff very friendly and kind (specially the lady who took care of our room) .The breakfast was very good and the 24 hours front desk service was very convenient for us. Also, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel.
