Great stay! Clean and affordable accommodation for a 1-2 nights stay! Continental breakfast was included with our stay, which was perfect. Very good AC in the hotel and room and very good WIFI too. Close to the beach, grocery store if you need something. Market in the morning. Noisy at night due to the restaurants across the street (loud music til 11pm ish).

The room was spacious and basic amenities were provided but that’s very sufficient. Can’t beat the location of the place which is located minutes from La Croisette. Would stay here again!

Great apartment and convenient location, but our apartment was located on 3rd floor and there was NO elevator for our large luggage while they indicated that their properties have elevator!!

The staff was super kind! We checked out early to take a tour that ended in Cannes and they allowed us to use luggage so we didn’t need to walk our luggage back to the car at the train station garage! The even messaged me to let me know I forgot a power adapter in my room and they put it with my luggage! How kind and honest!

Overall a very good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff members and great location. I stayed in one of the apartments that was across the road from the hotel building, and this building did not have an elevator which was a problem for one of my guests. The apartment itself is on a very busy street, directly above several restaraunts that were going off until 2am. One of the bedrooms faced the other way and was more quiet, but the other looks out on the busy loud street. I gace the "quiet" room to my guests and slept in the bedroom facing the restaraunts and it worked out ok, but for some people this could be a problem.

Amazing central location, and air conditioning…need I say more! Terrific spot.

Hotel was great for price, location and reception service. Our room was a bit too small for what I expected, with not much privacy between the bed and toilet due to a 'light' sliding door set up for the WC/shower room. TV was also so-so. Breakfast was quite basic too. I guess all sort of expected for the price we paid. Good price for time of the year and location. Paid extra for parking not far from the hotel. Overal, thanks to price, location and reception staff we are happy with our stay.

Absolutely perfect location in the center of Cannes. The hotel is small, but rooms are big, clean and contemporary. Fantastic value.

The hotel is located in a very good location in Cannes which is just few steps away from the beach and rue du antibes. Furthermore; there are many restaurants nearby. However the apartment section needs to be more cleaner and hasn’t elevator. Overall the hotel is a good one

Perfect location for center of Cannes. Room nice and updated bathroom as well. Don’t let the lobby and exterior put you off. Continental breakfast only but all in all a good value for such a location.
