We stopped here for a night in Pisa with 3 kids so had 2 rooms. The hotel is pretty basic but everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are the real stars here. They were very friendly helpful and fun. The hotel is a short hop from the train station, we took the bus from down the street as we had cases. It’s ideally located for walking around Pisa.

Staff only works until 6pm we got there 6:30 and guests staying at hotel helped us not staff

Place was nice, very accommodating as we land late and check-in instructions were clear. Laura at reception was very helpful and nice.

Comfortable bed, shower a bit small but clean and nice, breakfast amazing, services excellent, very clean hotel, the neighbour amazing two blocks away from Pisa tower, a lot of restaurants to choose, very nice atmosphere.

Fantastic stay. Hotel was in a great location and within a few minutes walk from the leaning tower of Pisa. Clean and quaint, the hotel was perfect for what we required (a bed to lay our heads!) Lots of restaurants nearby and a small shop too. Would definitely stay again.

This is a basic room with an included breakfast. We at in on the patio, with a view of the Eiffel Tower♥️ The location is AMAZING. Only a few minutes walk to to the Eiffel Tower and square, easy walk around the city and a quick taxi ride to the train station.

You couldnt ask for a better location if you want to be near The Leaning Tower. Room was bare bones, but clean and comfortable, and considering how hot the weather was a/c in the room was a major plus. Staff was very friendly.

We loved the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and an added bonus, eating breakfast on terrace as we gazed at the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Amazing.

The front desk was courteous but the lift was out of order. The room was austere but clean.

Excellent location, but service is not on par. Front desk sometimes in not patient with customer. They could do better with improvement of amenities and service.

I love the location, is literally 2 blocks away from the whole Tower of Pisa complex. Our room on the 2nd floor had a huge balcony overlooking the Pisa Cathedral. The staff was also really friendly and knowledgeable in Spanish and English.

Extremely well located. Very nice terrasse with view on the Pisa tower. In the city center, very close to the Pisa Tower and restaurants that can be pretty noisy at night.

Great location but some silly customer service issues eg would not book taxi in advance for us. Overall good stay, great location... pillows a little uncomfortable
