There is no elevator for this property. This was not an issue for us, and the gentleman who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs without being asked. The location is excellent for visiting the old part of the city.

Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels.

Very friendly and helpful . Steps upto bedrooms may not be negotiable for everyone .

No lift and no air conditioning, fan was broken. It was listed as a 4 star but more like a 2. Shower was not a shower but a hand held with no place to hang it that did not drown the bathroom. Room and bathroom were extremely tiny.

Room is small but was perfect for me. Clean, good shower and good location. I was helped with my luggage during check in

The property location was excellent, however the room smelled terrible. There could be a sewage issue in the building. We returned to our room after a morning walk to find Staff in our room prior to checkout removing bed linens & beginning cleanup for next guests. We had to request they leave so we could pack our belongings.

Spent one night here, superb location in city centre, several cafes on doorstep and only a short walk to the heart of the main eating and drinking action. Also v easy to get to all the sights, right beside tram. Room simple but clean and really v friendly owner who was very welcoming.would recommend.

I like the location. It is close to the historic town, restaurants and shops. I did not like that there is no elevator to go up to the room and there is no AC. You will have a small fan. The room was very clean and the lady at the lobby was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, who provided a good value breakfast. Excellent central location, close to main attractions and central restaurants and bars.

Great location, friendly staff, good value. However the room was very small, and it is up several flights of stairs which might be an issue for some people. Breakfast was indifferent and you can better for less (and more atmosphere) in any local café.

The location is very good. Bordeaux is an expensive destination for hotels. This hotel though cheaper is over priced. The room was extremely small, no drawer space, tiny ineffective hanging space. A dated but acceptable shower room. There has been no effort to make even a cheap upgrade of facilities in the room

Pros: Amazing location. Super duper clean. Excellent staff. Excellent value for price. Cons: Shower ridiculously small and no soundproofing in room but luckily on a quiet street and no noisy neighbours. Overall excellent and would stay there again without hesitation.

This hotel couldn’t be in a better location. The hotel and room were very clean. The shower was just wayyy too small. Could barely fit in the shower. But great water pressure and hot water.

The hotel location is perfect, the room is quiet, small but cosy, the breakfast quality is good and there’s even green tea without mint, quite rare in France in cafes, restaurants or hotel.

This hotel is very clean, simple, and in a central position, surrounded by expensive shops, yards away from tram line B. The staff, whilst being very friendly, and helpful, speak almost no English. The buffet, at E 8, extra, is sufficient. I think that it is pitched at provincial French, and businessmen, who just need a quick, inexpensive, overnight stay. There is no lift, just a staircase which leads up to the first two floors, which, also, seems to double as the emergency exit.

Hotel proprieters were welcoming. Room had all that I needed. The location was convenient to many attractions.
