Nice studio room had everything we needed. Shopping centre and restaurant's about 15 min walk away. Bus stop couple of mins walk from hotel to get into Palma town. Only 2 euros for a single ticket.

Very clean hotel. Nice pool area with drinks and food available. Location of the hotel was on quite a steep hill and a good 10/15 bus ride into palma and a 10 min walk to the port area. Some of the staff were very nice at the hotel, a lot more approachable than others. We liked that it was situated out of the city centre but if you're mobility isn't too good it may be difficult.

I wish things were more walking distance and not the same breakfast every day. I stayed for 11 days maybe thats why i wanted more different. I also wished they had room service

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious! The pool was great. We had parking on the property it was super convenient (€10/night). We walked to great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a car because it’s outside of Palma.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Beds made every day. New towels every day if required. Good selection of food at breakfast. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Porto Pi shopping centre near to the cruise ships and ferries. 45 minutes walk to the cathedral and old town but a taxi will get you there in minutes. Excellent all round.

Balcony with a view, was actually a view of a hedge, a tree and ground level next to the car park where you could literally climb over the wall onto my balcony, this did make me feel a little unsafe so i left it locked and didnt use it.

Convenient location and lovely hotel. Rooms were a little tired, possibly having a hard summer. The staff were beyond excellent. Always helpful and attentive, clearly working above and beyond.

The hotel is new, so all the areas are very well preserved and clean. The room was big and comfortable . Loved the full lengh mirror in the bedroom. It could have a microwave and a kettle. The pool was beautiful, but you can only be inside up to 7pm, which is not nice for the summer season (up to 9 would be perfect). The gym is small, but really good. The guys in the reception are very gentle. Overall, my stay was good, but its position up the hill made the accesss a bit difficult.

Was a fantastically clean hotel and the receptionists were great. Helped us with our questions quickly and easily. Note is up a hill but manageable also bus stop is super close by. Easy check in and out.

Met all my expectations

Nice modern decoration. Clean and comfortable room. Location is near other hotels, but a little far from city attractions. Limited parking available. No services available after certain hours. No room service at any time of the day. Reception staff was very nice and willing to help, but restaurant people were kind of rude.

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. The member of staff working in the dining room that morning seemed very put out. Wasn’t welcoming.

Very helpful team from check-in to queries throughout our stay and at check-out. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with also some health. Swimming pool area was lovely, with a variety of seating/lounger/beds. Life guard on duty kept everything ordered and tidy as folks arrived and left. Was a lovely spontaneous and unexpected touch for a gift to be left in our room on the day of my partner's birthday during our stay. Really enjoyed ourselves and we had a fabulous stay - thank you!!

Elena who checked us in was friendly she greeted us in a happy professional manner she thanked us for choosing BQ. We had experienced a bad Cruise due to the Weather. We walked in tired and grumpy not knowing what service to expect. Yet her greeting said it all, she made our stay at BQ enjoyable as we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. She went the extra step and provided us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate and we thank her for that extra service. The breakfast and restaurant staff was also very friendly, the food was amazing a full hot breakfast. Would I stay here or recommend it to others "YES". I would keep the staff if I were management they make a difference its not just the hotel or amenities.
