Nice hotel in good location. Reception staff felt a bit unwelcoming and not too helpful . Otherwise hotel was fine.

The area is one of the best in Barcelona, lots of bars and restaurants around. Walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. The hotel and the room were clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Juan Carlos (reception)and Laura(chamber maid) were excellent and made the experience of the hotel better. Hotel has some minor maintenance issues such as lift was out of service a couple of times during our stay also there was a terrible sewage smell at random times throughout the hotel however in the room it was fine so that was good

Staff was very helpful. Room cleaned and cleaned daily. Location is convenient to restaurants and transportation. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, we very much enjoyed it!

What a beautiful hotel close to everything you would want to see in Barcelona! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and you could walk to most major attractions within 30 minutes.

Without being rude, I am telling the actual facts. Bathroom was extremely smelly, I could see stains under inside the toilet. Bathroom walls all cracked in various places, and we saw an insect crawling in the toilet. So much noise from the room upstairs that every flush they do we could hear. Breakfast was fairly average, nothing out of the world. The only good thing was the the receiption staff was very friendly and helpful.
