The best part of this hotel is the view . Our room was facing the beautiful cathedral of Burgos . The parking was convenient and was just across the hotel . This quaint hotel is on the Camino de Santiago ( Burgos is a Camino town as it is part of the Camino Frances ) . The room was clean and had a view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Oh what a location. Our room overlooked the cathedral- it was a beautiful room and was spotless. A really lovely hotel with friendly service, a great location, parking and s fabulous breakfast.

The room was rather dated but ok, fantastic view of the cathedral and very convenient for an overnight stay in Burgos. No complaints.

The view of the cathedral is stunning from here. The bathtub is a nice addition for resting after walking.

Stuff is friendly. A little noisy but it was perfect!

Amazing stay! The place is not as modern but it’s perfect! The view from our roof directly to the cathedral was on point!

Crisol de Meson del Cid hand amazing views of the Cathedral of Burgos. It also had beautiful, spacious rooms which were spotless and attentive, helpful staff. The breakfast was filling and varied. It was within walking distance of many attractions, cafe's , restaurants, and shopping.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

Hotel is in an excellent location very close to the cathedral. Bells were NOT chiming on the hour so sleep was not interupted. This is an “older” hotel with charm and character, with easy walking to cafes, bars, restaurants, river, Old Town and El Cid statue. Room was a good size with view towards cathedral and adjacent square. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of items, which should suit most guests. The only downside was that taxis cannot pull up direcectly outside the reception. The access road is on a slightly higher level with a few steps down to the entrance. This may be an issue for some elderly guests or those with a lot of luggage. In summary, a good hotel in a good location, recommended.

The hotel is just beautiful with an amazing view of the Cathedral of Burgos. The surrounding area is lovely and very walkable to the city’s attractions and to the bus station if you arrive by bus. Beware - there are a lot of stairs to climb if you choose to walk to the hotel.

Fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of all the sites. Parking costs but well worth it as otherwise you may struggle. Breakfast was buffet and lovely. Would definitely recommend.
