Charming hotel with great staff! Highly recommend it

The staff greeted us every time we passed. Check-in and check-out was quick. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms are actually suites. Loved the area and the bars around the place. Location is perfect if you're walking around downtown Madrid! I recommend this hotel.

Great location in the old town and that gives this hotel a lot of positives, but the hotel is tired and needs a refurb in the general areas like they have refurbished the rooms. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is a step back in time but it does the job but it isn’t welcoming.

Great location. Not really a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel. Staff at front desk are lukewarm and not that helpful. Location is the highlight. Room AC did not work at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This is a delightful hotel In the walled city of Segovia. This is a hotel that had been used in the last century by the best and most famous actors. The hotel has been upgraded and redone and is fabulous. The breakfast was amazing. This was the favorite hotel of our group.
