Us American visitors had a great time here. It’s quiet, clean, and relatively spacious. I feel like since we were outside of the major touristy areas, we got a more authentic experience. Christian was an amazing host/hotel manager who really showed us he cared. He always made sure to check in on us making sure everything was going well. His communication was top of the line. The parking was very nice and convenient, coming with a key to the garage. READ THIS: We had a shelf in the bathroom randomly collapse and shatter when we were out touring the city. We got back super late and noticed it. We told him immediately and he was very calm and took care of it. I’d recommend this place to anyone. FYI: there is only a washing machine, no drying machine. But it worked fine.

We received a very warm welcome at the Appartments Ferchergasse. Stephanie and Christian made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed from the very first moment, thank you so much for that! The accommodation is very well located, with supermarkets just a three-minute walk away, as well as train and tram stations that take you directly to the city center and to iconic places such as Schönbrunn Palace, also only about three minutes from the apartment. The area is very safe and well maintained. There are also several lovely cafés nearby with delicious pastries, and a great spot where you can eat freshly made schnitzel in brioche bread at a very affordable price, highly recommended! The apartments have all the amenities you might need and are extremely cozy. The natural light coming through the skylights is fantastic, and the small balcony is a really pleasant bonus. I truly felt at home there and would absolutely love to live in a place like this! :)

The apartments are spacious, with all amenities and very well equipped. They are very well located in terms of transport and supermarkets. The service is exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Very handy for public transport and supermarkets but in a quiet location. My apartment had everything I needed, including shared laundry facilities and an iron and ironing board. One quibble is the amount of light - at night there were some very bright LEDs from the TV and cooker, and one of the bed lights glowed slightly even when turned off, while during the day the flat didn't get much natural light because of its position.

All aspects of the apartment were excellent. We had wonderful stay in a quiet location but with easy access to public transport to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was very well equipped to enable us to prepare meals when we wanted to with a number of eating places within walking distance.
