Really clean and nice staff. The problem was only with the noise that was coming through the walls.

I couldn't use the internet in my room. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

This is an old building. Nothing fancy here. The best thing is the desk clerk Barbara. She gave us the lift we needed. The breakfast is super. Great choices and they have 2 coffee machines. The location is not fancy. It's a working class neighborhood. The metro station is about 15 min walk. We did enjoy an amazing dinner at a resturant called BABYLON. No AC, just a fan and opened window.

Only stayed a couple of nights.room very clean, good shower, breakfast was good. It was close to supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.. only down side was the pillows not comfortable..

Great stay, the reception girl was lovely , helpful and supportive. Nice and clean hotel. Parking is little expensive

It was just an overnight stay for an early morning flight, but was perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

El lugar es bastante sobrio y en medio de la ajetreada ciudad de Vienna. El parqueo es muy pequeño y se debe pagar por día 17 euros. La gente y el staff muy amable. El internet no es muy bueno y no llegaba a mi habitación. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el baño que al final no fue arreglado.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast included in price. Good location, not pricy, needs some refurbishment, but it is ok place to stay and reach other locations in Viena. Good value for money. Unfortunatelly, wifi didn't work.

Although the area is far from the major attactions in Wien, I stayed here because of its proximity to the VIB, since I have to take the bus to Bratislava early the next day. The lady in the front desk was so nice. I originally asked for only one night double room and single night for the second night. But she allowed me to stay in the double room for two nights. I really appreciate the flexibility and consideration. Breakfast was great (although I missed the first one since I have to leave very early one morning). I hope they would consider having special early breakfast for some guests. Overall I recommend this place to anyone, especially family and friends who may want to stay in Vienna.

Hotelin konumu iyi . Bina eski ve yıpranmış. Odanın içinde portatif klima vardı. Gece çok gürültülü çalıştı. Kahvaltısı iyiydi.

Front desk staff and check in was great very friendly and professional. Rooms need updating and better beds. Noisy area with hotel construction.

Air conditioning would be a great upgrade, the lady at the front who has been there for many years is super kind and sweet,
