The staff was very helpful the prompt was well maintained, great location close to the beach with access to bus stop . The breakfast was great too . Highly recommend .

I was a solo traveler. I felt safe at the hotel, the breakfast was good, fruit, eggs, ham, bread, coffee, juice. A grocery store was nearby for snacks. The front desk staff was SUPER helpful. The hotel was clean, the shower doors are a bit wired, but I could live with that. I will be staying at this hotel again on my next trip.

Loved location beautiful area. Breakfast excellent. No air conditioning had to leave window open all night woke up by garbage man at 4 am. No parking and the paid parking they talk about is only 9 or 10 spots for hotel of 60 rooms.

A great stay at this hotel - excellent breakfast and helpful staff. It is close to the seafront and the funicular. It’s on a busy road, but very conveniently has a bus stop just outside the front.

I chose this hotel based on its online description and photos, which present it as a charming and comfortable beachfront property with ocean views and an extensive breakfast offering. Unfortunately, the reality did not match those expectations. The hotel is actually about five blocks from the beach, making the “beachfront” claim misleading, and the advertised ocean views are not realistically available from the property. The breakfast was also quite limited compared to what was suggested online. As someone traveling from outside of Spain, I relied on the accuracy of the information provided and had no reasonable way to verify these discrepancies in advance. That made the experience particularly frustrating. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff at the reception desk were helpful and courteous during my stay, which I appreciated. However, overall, the misleading advertising significantly impacted my experience, and I would recommend that future guests look carefully beyond the hotel’s promotional materials before booking.

All good. About a 25 minute walk to the old town but no issues there. Plenty of bars/cafes close by. Rooms were good

There was a great street behind the hotel, where there were many Pinxtos bars. A good sized grocery store was about 1mon away, as were several bus stops.

The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly.
