Good locations with great views across Palma. Pool was an nice additional. Reception is always fairly chaotic, not particularly well staffed, so took a while to check in/out and order taxis. The reception team were doing the best they can, no real sign of management organising things

We arrived late after midnight on our first night. There was nowhere to pull up with our car and parking was full. We had to put our hazards on and quickly unload and then drive around the streets to find parking. Once we checked in and got to our room, we noticed were only given two shower towels despite it being a triple room with three occupants. We then had to go to reception to request a towel at 1am. Once we got into our room and settled in more we noticed how dirty it was. We saw the shower curtain covered in mold, an incredibly dusty bathroom vent fan (hazard), and to top it off a hot pink fake nail by the bedside table. In the morning we went to reception to advise them on the state of the room, and the girl informed us she could not do anything but to return later on once her manager was in and see if we could change rooms. Later on we met the manager and they were not very helpful just said we were full and nothing could be done. They could have offered to change the curtain and do a better clean or to compensate us in some other way but nothing was offered unfortunately. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and another gentleman we spoke to while checking out was helpful too, as well as the restaurant staff. We loved our stay in Palma but unfortunately the hotel was a let down and for the price we paid it was upsetting. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism to improve in the future for other guests. Thank you!

There were cockroaches everywhere! The AC in the room did not work and it was 90 degrees.

Very friendly staff, this was the main highlight. Gym was disappointing along with the restaurant food quality and price. Room wasn’t as clean as hoped for and the air con was poor. Great view and location.

The hotel was well kept but slightly outdated. The room was not upgraded and did not have a nice view. The room service was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful.

Lovely staff, unfortunately booking slow to appear from expedia so delayed check in. Room was set up for three although I only booked for one - so a bit weird having sheets on the couch but I guess my late booking was likely a factor. Desk space very small for working and the sound proofing was poor - so very noisy with drain from five levels above all running down through the room very audibly. Sheets or pillow smelt a little damp. Lovely view from the terrace of the marina over to the cathedral but quality of the room probably means I wouldn't stay again.

Perfect hotel for a short trip to Palma.

We had a lovely family stay here and all the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout with anything we needed. The hotel is lovely, great coffee in the bar and in a beautiful location by the port with views of the cathedral across the water. We can’t wait to visit again.

The staff was great and check in/out was quick. The rooms were clean but the bathroom had rust, shower pressure was low, and the water as either boiling hot or freezing cold (no in between).

The Catalonia Majorica Hotel staff was excellent, attentive, professional, and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with varies choices. The bay view of our room was breathtaking. I truly would like to name everyone who made our stay welcoming, but they were so many great staff members in all the departments. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The new girl on reception was very helpful and friendly and only a couple of days into the job. A big asset to the hotel. Some of the others could learn from her
