Great location for food and shopping. Rooms were very good. Nice kitchen etc. Location next to a children's play area and bar. Could be noisy on occasions. Overall we liked it.

The apartment was clean and had everything to self cater. Air conditioning was good. Most staff were friendly. The pool looked quite tired but we went to the beach most days so it was ok. Location is right in the town centre close to shops and restaurants. The hotel overbooked and we were put into an alternative hotel for 1 night which did spoil our first impressions. I would return to the hotel though.

All good, they even changed our rooms and provided some mozzie spay, we arrived in a big breading season

Really pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stay here! The staff were really lovely and the room was more impressive than the photos. Parking is a little bit annoying if you come back later in the evening but you’re never too far from the hotel.

The Good: mostly clean with modern rooms, and well maintained medium-sized pools. Close to half a dozen decent restaurants and the excellent beach (albeit very crowded). Friendly reception, entertainment, and cleaning staff. The Bad: The immediate surroundings outside are busy with trash on the ground and a poorly maintained park. A large tree branch fell into the pool area during our stay. The air con was very weak and ineffective. The wifi went down for a couple of days but was fixed within 48 hours. The cleaners missed our room on 5 out of 6 days. A laundry strike meant we couldn’t get fresh towels until day 4. The check in system needs updating as it took 15 mins to get our keys. Don’t expect to get taxis but there are frequent buses for getting to the port and the old town. The Ugly: They advertise building 1 and its pool but half of guests are placed in building 2 around the corner. The property between them is owned separately and includes shops, a park, and an outdoor bar which plays loud music until midnight. We (2 adults & 2 kids) were put in building 2 above the bar, which was noisy as hell and smelled of cigarette smoke; we couldn’t open the balcony door or go outside. We stayed there for one night until we could be moved to the opposite side of building 2 for the remainder which was much better. However because the room allocation is pot luck, I would not go back nor recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for 9 days. Really great hotel for families, clean big apartments, very good breakfast and dinner, kind and positive staff (both at reception and canteen) We were lucky as our room was facing street, less lucky might listen to the very loud music from the bar. Overall it's an amazing family focused hotel. Thanks to staff who made our stay pleasant

I arrived early at the property, whereby the staff went out of their way way to provide my accommodation. I was also upgraded free of charge to a one bed, as the studio I had selected had been double-booked. The whole team were pleasant and polite at all times, and dealt with all my queries efficiently. The onsite cycle hire was useful, though the bikes could be a bit more up-to-date considering the hire charges (almost 100 euros for 2 days) be aware helmets, pedals etc. are all extras. I found the area a bit quiet in terms of evening entertainment, though a short bus ride into Alcudia soon remedied that.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Park Hotel! Stuff has very personalised attitude to each customer. They brought us a birthday present and were really concerned when we needed medical assistance. Our son enjoyed animation team and never missed a single mini disco. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Muro!

The rooms are nice with kitchenette & balcony. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The hotel is well located with a nice pool, bar and restaurant. However, the property just opened after being closed for 2 years due to Covid. So lot of issues with door keys, tv and appliances in the room. They were fixed promptly but these items should have been inspected and fixed prior to hotel’s re-opening rather than inconveniencing guests during their stay. Except for that, it’s a very nice place to stay..

The apartment was modern inside, staff were ever so friendly and it was clean and tidy.

I relaxed in this place with my family for one week, it's a Very good hotel with all amenities included (fridge, dryer, towels, soap, swimming pool etc.), room very cleaned (except for the balcony but who care). The apt. was in the second building, it was for four people but they didn't inform us before that two beds were to be open/prepared from a sofa bed, a bit small bed in the living room. :-( Breakfast very rich with salty and sweet food, Dinner is the weak point of this place, self-service only and poor in quality, paella not very good (never seen a very good and fresh paella de mar, fluffy rice and poor of seafood) a lot of breaded food every day without a proper beef, stale, fluffy and old pasta with only one tomato sauce .. unbeatable. (no parmesan at all) I've never seen a steak or beef in one week, they only grill lamb chops, or pork but only once/twice a week. Bahh.. It's a pity because with a bit effort more it could be a very valuable hotel.

Had a lovely 4 nights stay in self-catering apartment. Cleaners most days. Room very clean. We booked Lago Park, but ended up next door in “lago park 2”. Was quieter, so suited us with young family. All entertainment and pool bar etc is in Lago Park 1, so be sure to specify preference.

I liked that it looked nice and clean. I did not like that it didn’t seem to have hardly any sound insulation.

Apartment was lovely . Clean spacious and an excellent powerful shower . We stayed in the second building away from main block . Balcony never got the sun and it looked out on a very run down area where it looked like stuff had just been dumped . Ha ether pool area to ourself in this block which was nice . Muro has the most stunning beach and you walk one way to Alcúdia and the other way to Can Picafort . We went middle of March and it was very quiet with not a lot open but that’s how we like it .

Great location. Perfect for cyclists wanting to explore Majorca

Did a 4 day stay at Lago Park. It was a self contained apartment in hotel setting. Very clean and Staff were lovely. Shops and beach within walking distance. Would definitely book again.
