great view of the beach and room was a good size. downsides were the air conditioning system was poor and the room fridge did not work.

Great hotel, great room, great roof terrace, great staff, great food (when it was hot),only downside the gym is very poor, very small and not well equipped.

Lovely location and proximity to the beach. However it's quite a long way from the train station, yet very close to the noisy train line. Rooms very nice and comfortable, breakfast superb. Staff very efficient and helpful.

I give a rating of 4 only because there was no toilet brush. I would also like normal blankets and bed linen in the room, the pillows are too small, the bed linen is also bad. I would like delicious coffee at breakfast. coffee that was undrinkable. BUT: despite the listed disadvantages of the room, there is a huge plus, it is a balcony overlooking the sea, the beach is a 1-minute walk, the view is mesmerizing ❤️ the hotel staff is amazing, I would especially highlight the reception Carmen and the service of George and Albert. The guys work at 5 , they made our vacation more enjoyable, helped us navigate the area and always gave us advice on everything. at breakfast, lunch and dinner there is food for every taste, even the picky ones will find something to eat, in addition to the buffet there is also an electric grill where you can always get a portion of a burger or meat or fish, and for breakfast fried eggs, pancakes and Viennese waffles. on the roof of the hotel there is a solarium and a jacuzzi, as well as sun loungers, on the -1st floor there is also a swimming pool, sauna and massage, not far from the hotel, the old town and the center, very beautiful. 10 minutes from the hotel there is a train station from where you can get to the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona, ​​in an hour 😍 3 minutes walk from the hotel there is a bus stop, you can easily get to the airport for a price of 10 euros and to Barcelona. In general, we fell in love. Many thanks to all staff ❤️

The food was amazing and rooms always very clean

Gute Preis & Leistung Verhältnis. Die Auswahl am Essen war nicht so gut und die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Sauna, Seif und Wasserkocher, musste man extra zahlen, was ich in 4-Sterne Anlage nicht erwartet habe.

Amazing hotel, great location, excellent staff and service everyone was kind and helpful. Everything is close by and had a Wonderful experience. Booked 11 night’s and wish we could have stayed longer! Impeccably clean, the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. The staff at check in was outstanding and any questions that we had they went out of their way to help us. We paid for breakfast with our booking which was very pleasantly surprised at the spread they had prepared. So many options, and all of it delicious. The staff kept the area clean, clear of dishes and were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Reception staff and our cleaning Lady were friendly, helpful and efficient. A very good stay!

A great hotel right next to the beach. Stayed here for Ironman Barcelona, it is in a perfect spot and the hotel staff know how to look after racers.

Hotel is rated at 4*, but would rate it at no more than 3. Location is 4* stars. The building seems like it’s been renovated and it looks modern. However, our biggest issue with the property, and the room we had, was the air conditioning was almost completely ineffective. The room was extremely small for 3 people, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was leaking something that appeared like toilet water. When we complained the staff tried hard to please all the guests. However, they refused to give us our money back if we checked out early as we had pre- booked 10 days. Breakfast was acceptable for the price. No pool towels and pool was small. Rooftop was nice. But adults only. Spa area was great. You had to pay extra for safety deposit box. If the a/c worked I would consider staying at the bigger family rooms or rooms with a view she had nice big balconies. The temperatures outside were over 30 degrees Celsius. And very humid. But it would have been nice to have some reprieve in the room.

Amazing! Hotel looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean, quiet and new. Great location right next to the beach, train station, all the shops and restaurants in the town. Tony at the front desk was great! Very professional and fun. Definitely worth the money. This would be my place to stay every time I visit. Compared to all the places on that strip, this is the best one.

Pro: room with view. Con: rooms are not soundproof, you will heard everything.

Great hotel, great location, right across from the beach. The check in and check out staff were super nice, felt very welcome. I don’t speak Spanish and the were very patient and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And breakfast was a great deal and was very good.

2hrs 50mins driving round in circles trying to find somewhere to park. A whole afternoon. A quarter of a tank of petrol. Whilst this isn’t the fault of the hotel, it absolutely ruined the stay. We had planned to use the town as a base for a couple of days but didn’t want to move the car again. The town is a nightmare and a I can’t think of a single reason to visit it. The hotel was adequate. But thank goodness that curfew restrictions closed the bar below our window at midnight!! Having come from a very Covid-conscious hotel in Barcelona, we certainly didn’t get that same feeling at breakfast here. My girlfriend and I had used Spain a “meet in the middle” place due to Covid restrictions and this was 2 days in the coast out of a 13 day trip. We didn’t pack beach towels. To refuse to help us out with a spare set of towels for the indoor spa area and beach was pretty lousy. We used the room towels anyway but it was then a pain in the arse getting them changed for fresh towels. Covid, and the town’s abominable parking situation, is not the hotel’s fault - but I feel they could have offered more assistance and should have had a reduced capacity to maintain a level of hygiene.
