Great hotel, lovely setting. Particularly like the big bath and shower in our room. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

It was very cozy and safe for a mom and son solo traveling. The rooms are nice sized and the window. To the bay was huge with beautiful views and quite a nice place to people watch on the water. It's very close walking distance into town for shops and food but the working boat on property has delish meals, including Sunday roast.

Great staff, fabulous breakfast and views. Perfect location for exploring Falmouth and surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay at the Greenbank Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful- clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely go back. We will visit again ourselves but will also take our American friends when they come to stay.

Super hotel, great location right on the beach for a pre-breakfast swim and a 5 minute walk into town. Helpful local staff was a pleasant change from other hotels.

Lovely position, clean, friendly staff

Really lovely hotel in a great setting. The view from the bar and restaurant is so good. Staff are great and very helpful. Only complaint was there were no plant-based options in the restaurant for lunch/dinner menu, even though they did a good PB breakfast.

We had a great short stay at The Greenbank with our dog. The room was very comfortable, super clean and exceeded our expectations. We had a welcome bottle of fizz and Woody had a welcome gift too. Thankfully we had beautiful weather as other than our room other areas in the hotel were not accessible with our dog so we may consider other options during autumn/winter. That said, we had a great stay with hearty breakfasts and kind, attentive staff and amazing views of Falmouth’s quays.

As good as our stay in June

We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

I have been genuinely impressed by this hotel. The staff are calm, friendly and professional. Service is excellent and done with a delicate balance of being available without being intrusive/being in the background without being absent. It's lovely. There are several parking spaces but if you struggle to find one and are staying at the hotel the staff are very good at trying to advise you... There are loads of spaces along the road with a max of 5 mins walk (not sure what August is like). Food is delicious. Breakfast does the job with a brief menu, starting at a reasonable time (7am weekdays and Saturday I think, and 0730 Sundays) and goes on to 10am. Dinner was outstanding - admittedly the night I ate, there was a music event in the pub below the hotel, but I found it added to the more casual atmosphere that this hotel offers. Classy casual. Sprezzatura. Rooms have a simple elegance. Two minor things I would highlight - I'm not a fan of televisions in bedrooms but respect that many people do. It would be nice to see televisions like the Samsung frame with white framing instead of the televisions in the rooms currently. They look a bit out of place. Having a more concealed device (the Samsung frame would do this very well) would be a great move. The second thing is lack of air conditioning. Admittedly it was 33 degrees when I was staying. The reception provided me with a great tower fan, and I actually slept very well despite the heat.... So perhaps not a worry.

Friendly, ggod food and great staff - a bit tired

Just amazing. Huge room, beautifully furnished and with balcony overlooking estuary. Dog made very welcome with bowl and treats provided. Great location for central Falmouth. Breakfast included and offering many delicious choices. We’d love to come again!

Great place to stay in Falmouth. Excellent staff, very clean and well proportioned room. Limited parking. Good restaurant and nice bar both with great views. Easy walk into Falmouth. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

It's a fair walk for us OAPs to the town centre. Very limited parking due to the Shanty Festival. We were lucky to get the last space underground. It would have been a disaster for us if we couldn't have parked locally. Apparently one can reserve a space for a fee - wasn't told this when I booked. Limited menu in restaurant. Limited breakfast choice. - no cold meat and cheese for the europeans. Amazing views across the harbour.
