Large and very comfortable room; excellent location; very friendly staff; great breakfast and excellent food in the hotel restaurant; garage in the hotel (6 euro / 24h)

I really liked the old fashioned nature of the Hotek Bristol. Madame on the reception desk was helpful and courteous and offered French English and German as alternatives. Dinner food was very good -among the best hotek food I’ve eaten in France. The only unsatisfactory matter was the WiFi. My room was on the third floor and quite clearly the WiFi barely reached to that floor. One or two bars was all I achieved at best and less in the evenings. They need to sort that out because a decent WiFi signal is vital these days. I stayed to visit the motor museum which is a 30 minute walk away. The museum has a huge car park but parking in Mulhouse is difficult so I walked.

We had a suite which was enormous and very comfortable and clean. Good Wi fi Parking very convenient as attached to hotel The only downside was that the toilet was at the other end of the suite to where the bedroom is so you need to turn on lights to get to it. But this is minor as we would happily stay here again if visiting Mulhouse

Safe parking

We had a spacious room for a family of 3. It was well decorated, clean and had a lovely bathroom. The rest of the hotel also looked lovely. Parking was easy following the address given by message from the hotel via Expedia - which was sent automatically. Close to walk into town and overall a pleasant overnight stay.

Good-sìzed room, bathroom and balcony in centre of Mulhouse and with adjacent parking.

We have stayed at the hotel Bristol on a number of occasions when travelling back and forth to Italy by car. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and it’s great to have secure parking.

Just a bit difficult to find carpark

We stayed in Mulhouse to visit the car museum on our way home from Italy. The hotel was in a good location for walking to the museum and had good parking. Check in was efficient. The building and rooms were quite dated and need some improvements. Our bath was cracked and there was a window into the bathroom in the twin room (from the bedroom). Beds were clean and comfortable- a comfortable one-night stop.

Extremely helpful staff, great and very clean room. Large, windows that open. Much better than expected city hotel. Well recommended.

Nice room but location of the hotel isn’t nice and as a single female traveller, I did not feel safe walking around the area.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean. They seemed to have been recently renovated. The hotel was situated close to the centre of town. However, the area around the hotel seemed dirty and there were many vacant shops etc.

This was our second stay here. The staff is lovely, the ambience relaxed and accommodating the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean.

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly and it had Easy access to town centre.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, excellent bathrooms with rain showers, secure parking. Neighborhood is a bit mixed, and the restaurant in the hotel is decent but not memorable. Of course, we were there at the same time as three large bus tours. But I expect that’s pretty normal. All I all, a positive stay and I’d certainly consider returning.

The Hotel was in the middle of renovations and was a mess. The service was average and the breakfast options were really limited with overcooked eggs sat on a hot tray for ages and limited other options
