Great location, friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it was super convenient to enjoy the town. The pool looked great. Had we been there longer? Definitely would’ve gone for a swim and sat in the sunshine. We travelled with a dog and that was great.

Clean, Good location, but not 4 star IMO. Breakfast “ok”. Rooms are NOT as big the images. Major Kudos to the photographer for making the place look big. Another group we talked with shared the same view as us. Pool is tiny, bathroom was tiny, toilet separate but around the closet? Would have been a lot more logical to have updated in a more integrated way.

They staff were very welcoming. The room was prefect for us as well and provided 2 fans. They offer breakfast with an additional price which was great. The pool and hot tub were great.Wish we stayed and extra day.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Bayeux. The only issue we experienced was no air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Apparently it is very unusual for it to be that hot. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel and the employees went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Great location to explore Bayeux. Staff is remarkably attentive and accommodating! Certainly would stay again.

Above and beyond assistance from staff from marking up a map to show how to get to restaurants to loaning a cane for Mont Saint Michel and finding a cab last minute when we learned shuttle to Mont Saint Michel was sold out.

The grand Hotel Luxembourg was absolutely amazing. The property itself was beautiful our room which had a private patio and Jacuzzi was wonderful. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were given two of the most wonderful restaurants to eat at and the next time we come to France, we will stay there much longer and not spend so much time in Paris. Normandy is amazing and so are all the people at the hotel.

We appreciated coffee in our room. We didn’t do the breakfast because it was just going to be too much food for us. We did order some food in the bar and I would say that could be upgraded. Just bringing us an entrée that was in a jar and warmed up was not very good. Maybe add some soups to the menu.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, but the staff are really what put it over the top. My Mom's luggage was not on the plane and they called Air France for her and worked to get it delivered to us. I could not recommend the property more highly.
