Staff and service wonderful excellent location

Great location to be able to explore the area by public transport. Good rooms only negative we had to go downstairs to foyer/dining room for WiFi. None available in room

Lovely town, good beach 5 min walk, across the road from railway station. Loads of good bars and restaurants

No water available at reception My door wouldnt close without force. Old fashioned rooms..but central location across from train station and also quiet

Rooms were very small. We were put into a room facing a noisy Main Street. There were double windows bot the room was so stuffy so to open a window you heard all the noise and could smell people smoking. I was an air conditioner hung bit had no control. The breakfast was 12.00 Euro and had very little to heat. Totally not worth it. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Well located.

Great location for bus/train services and exploring the city. Friendly staff and reasonably priced room. The shower was poor - hand held over the bath.

A nice , older hotel only blocks from the port and the sea. Within walking distance to the old town , restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good , we would stay here again.

Major issue was poor wifi . Location was ok but on busy street

Lovely hotel close to the station bus stop just around the corner and a fantastic place to eat great service from the staffs kind and very welcoming.

Older hotel, and a little frayed around the edges. Had trouble with our air conditioning the first night, but they let us switch rooms for the 2nd. night. Staff is pretty indifferent, although the guy on the desk at night was very helpful. Great location within easy walk of many shops, restaurants and the beach.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful! They also spoke English very well so there were no communication problems. Nice, clean room with en suite bathroom, and ours had a balcony with a nice view of La Rhune The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a block away from the market food hall and the old town was was just a couple of minutes walk away. It was located in front of the train station and there was free parking there where we were able to park our rental car safely. We would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend to friends and family!
