Terrible experience. We entered with our family of four and sat down at our table. No one brought us any menus. There were only two drink menus on our table, so I took two more from a nearby table. Suddenly, one of the waiters sarcastically remarked that since we had already “served ourselves,” he wouldn’t even bother coming over. He kept looking in our direction, shaking his head and muttering something under his breath. After a while, he finally approached us and reluctantly asked if we were ready to order. I told him that we still hadn’t received the main food menu. He rudely replied that he would have brought it to us, but since we had already taken menus from other tables, there was no point. I then went to speak with the manager and explained that one of the waiters had been extremely rude. The manager simply responded that he didn’t think so. At that moment, the waiter walked aggressively toward me, shouting, “Do you have a problem?” I replied that I did—that he had been very rude. He responded angrily that we were the rude ones because we hadn’t even said “bonjour” to him and because we had taken menus from other tables without asking. At that point, the head manager simply walked away. Thank goodness we decided to leave with our family. Judging by the reviews, we didn’t miss out on anything. We went to another restaurant instead, where the atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were genuinely friendly.

I rarely leave bad reviews on restaurants but this has been one of the worst experiences I have experienced with me and my family. first off, the overall atmosphere of the place wasn’t pleasant and felt very stressful and rushed. Rather than making customers feel welcomed and comfortable, the staff seemed way more concerned about keeping their tables ‘perfectly arranged’ for the show which by the way, wasn’t allowed to be used when customers came in. Incredibly arrogant and rude. Second of all, the food was as equally disappointing as the staff and the over place, we never got half of our food and had to leave. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this establishment was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the prime location and the premium prices. We visited specifically for their "famous" omelets, but the reality was a far cry from the reputation. The Food: For €22 per omelet, you expect quality and flavor. Instead, we were served something that tasted like a dry sponge. It was completely unseasoned—not even a pinch of salt. It felt like chewing on something airy with zero substance or taste. When I pointed out that the omelet was tasteless and asked for something simple like cheese or a sauce to make it edible, the staff brought out ketchup. In a restaurant of this caliber, serving ketchup as a "fix" for a €22 dish is insulting. Despite paying nearly €60 for a light breakfast, we left the restaurant hungry. The waiters showed zero interest in our satisfaction; they didn't offer any alternatives or try to rectify the situation. They simply took the payment and moved on. It’s clear there is no passion or desire to provide a good customer experience here. Suggestion to Management: A plain, dry omelet is not worth €22. You should consider serving it with simple additions like butter, cheese inside, or even a side of cucumbers to provide some texture and value. We had to buy basic pancakes from a street vendor afterward just to satisfy our hunger. If you value your money and your palate, I suggest skipping this place. Total disappointment and a waste of money.

We went to the restaurant for snacks and coffee. Margherita pizza was tasty. Cafe Creme was good, but slightly less hot. Cappuccino with creme was tastier and smooth. We enjoyed the meal.

We had a fabulous time at the restaurant. We did not stay at the hotel so I can't review that. We visited the Abbey for their special night time opening on Dec 29, 2025 and this restaurant was one of a couple restaurants still open past 8 PM. The restaurant was very busy and very full but people were finishing and coming in so there's a steady avaialability every 10-15 min. We are a family of 4 and was seated right away. There were 2 servers and 1 helper for the whole restaurant but service was fast and very efficient. The quality of our food was great and corresponds with a good value for the price. We had the Omellette, steak and fries, fish with white sauce, appetizers and deserts as they come in the fixed menu.
