Highly recommend not staying at this hotel

Was a good stay to be close to airport but had to walk a long way to get to food. Had to cross busy streets.

A very nice hotel. The hotel stated close to the airport, but it wasn’t. Costs 35 euros to get to the airport. There is not a lot around the area (shops, restaurants, etc).

Clean and pleasant staff. Out of Naples city so taxi service double .

The property was good an close to the airport

Booked it thinking it’s close to the airport hit it is on the other side of the entrance so a taxi is €40 in the morning for a 10 minute ride - but it is not walkable. No transit to get there besides taxis. Nothing really around that area. The exterior and lobby look fresh and new but the room was dated and the shower was all scratched up.

Good place to use as a starting point for daily travels close to many destinations close to airport. Staff were very friendly helpful.

The property is not located in an area with easy access. The surroundings are sketchy. However, it is located near airport. If you are looking for a simple night before your flight, this is just ok. It is affordable and will serve that purpose. The property is in extremely poor condition. It is not the cleanest. Our toilet in room 102 was rains water down everywhere when it is flushed. I told the gentleman at the front desk but this was not looked into. We try to use the toilet as little as possible. One of the attendants is running a whole transportation business at the front desk. He only calls you people he knows and gives your flat rates. Overall, our stay was simple and did the job for the night before our flight.

The hotel was great. The Concierge at the front desk was very helpful. I found the add saying "Airport transfer ".a bit of a stretch. There is no shuttle. It is a cab for 40 Euro each direction to the airport..

Clean. Friendly service. Close to airport. Shuttle is 35 euros. From train station to hotel taxi approx 28 euros. Great breakfast

I liked that the hotel looked old fashion. I did not like that there were no usb connections. The area around the hotel is located by an industrial area. I didn't feel unsafe, but it killed the little bit of view that hotel might have. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of ants on the floor.

The location is great for the airport. There is a shuttle you can book with the hotel staff. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. It is in an industrial area so not much to see. We went for a good walk, found food and shopping. We only stayed 1 night but there were no issues and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. I would stay in this hotel again.

Property was dirty with worn products and rude staff

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk people helpful. Area of the hotel wasn’t great, though convenient to the airport. Town of Cassoria, where hotel was located, was filthy. Bartender only spoke German and was a bit rude. Other than that, it was a good stay.
