Amazing hotel right in the middle of the old town in Aix-en-Provence. It was only a few steps away from the bus stop and tourism office, which also made day trips easy. The room was comfy and clean, with unique features.

The hotel was beautiful and we had a wonderful room (one of the larger rooms). The location of the hotel was perfect. Near the old city but quiet. The staff was wonderful and provided good restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed the afternoon cocktails and meeting others in the hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel. The parking garage was close by and easy to get to.

I was impressed with Meriem’s willingness to be helpful with my inquiries. She and Red were most cordial with me and other guests. The ambience of the reception area from the staircase to furnishings, art work and the vaulted ceilings made such an impression upon arriving.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Aix. Lovely converted convent hotel with convenient location to all main sights. Close to restaurants and shopping it offered a great stay to kick off my travels in France. Staff were helpful and I would book again.

Parking is off-site about a block away which is good, but there was was no pre notification as to where to park. We had to travers the old city, lanes wide enough for medieval carts, to find out we couldn't drive to the hotel. We called and they were very sorry and gave us great directions to the parking ramp. Also, our shower was a pretty bad experience causing water to nearly flood the entire room.

The location of this hotel could not be beaten, perfectly located close to everything - restaurants, shopping cafes, sights and transport. The staff were amazing and our room was huge. They had a Nespresso machine which was very much appreciated, the bed and pillows were comfy, the room was quiet. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous historical building with a very interesting history. I would stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Aix -en-Provence.
