Very friendly staff. Basic, small room with kettle, tea and coffee but no stirrers. Carpet was dirty around the side of the bed and could do with replacing. There is a car park but this is not free, which we didn't know when booking. The bar area is very nice.

Off street parking was definitely a bonus, but the entrance/exit is very tight and narrow so a larger vehicle (I have a mini) might have some issues. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was ok, a tiny bit tatty but ok. Breakfast was a good selection, quite enjoyable. My stay was only 2 nights but it was handy for visiting the multitude of Chateau’s in the area. I would definitely return if I was ever in Tours again.

Very good check in process. Room was good with the usual amenities of tea/coffee facilities and tv. Breakfast was good, but some of the items had already been used (45mins before the end of breakfast) and it took a while for even the bread to be replaced. Pain au chocolat were excellent and freshly made

Great staff very helpful. The room was very clean. It’s not in the heart of Tours but close enough to walk to the main streets and shops. Great hotel. Well worth it.

The rooms are tiny. I booked a superior room thinking it will be spacious and there is barely any room to move in there. The bathroom is like a cupboard and the shower is tiny. Stains everywhere and a bad smell. These rooms are in desparate need of renovation, uncomfortable mattresses and old pillows with yellow stains inside. Towels are dried up and probably years old. Carpets disgusting and stained. Awful experience there is nothing superior about these rooms. This is more like a 1 star hotel.

Great value in the city centre with excellent restaurant choices nearby and the breakfast was very good optoon.

Ideal location near centre ville and on a main bus line. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The dinning room was stuffy and too warm as were the hallways. The room was quiet but we found the bed only firm in the middle.

Excellent hotel in a great location

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was worth the add-on. The front desk and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and helpful as well! It's located in a great spot for access to transit or a quick walk to a plethora of good restaurants, and it's not far at all from the train station.

Excellent budget end hotel. Would stay again next time we are in Tours. Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good and fresh.
