Welcoming and helpful the minute we arrived. Just the environment you’d expect in a mountain hotel but with all the amenities. Location was superb!

A nice hotel in central location. Rooftop sauna and Jacuzzi with a view of Mont Blanc. Bonus: A safe in the room (not listed in Expedia description).

The hotel is ok. Parking is available for 30 euros a day. No AC. They had a small fan only. Drinks seemed expensive in the bar.

Great place to stay.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect—everything is walkable, including great restaurants and bars. The spa was amazing and such a relaxing experience. My only small critique is that the hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, but aside from that, everything was perfect!

Really nice hotel and great location in Chamonix. Spa was great after a day skiing. Only negative is the staff just feel a bit hostile and unfriendly.

Rooftop spa area was fabulous . A very cosy hotel

The location was perfect and very central, however the service did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is not full, the spa is slippery, full of water on the floor (quite dangerous, many people fell), the staff is a majority of trainees that are quite nice but unfortunately often times helpless. The ski room is in the lower level and the access is not allowed by the elevator, you have to take the stairs outside the hotel. Going up and down with the skis is the most inconvenient aspect of this hotel.

I am fairly certain I was given the wrong room as it was tiny and void of a queen sized bed. If it was the larger of the rooms they offer I would let want to stay in the smaller rooms! Parking is a bit of a chore with staff being less than interested than opening the gate in the morning to let you out to the mountains. The spa was often over run with kids when it wasn’t it was really quite nice, great views of the mountains from the pool and hot tubs. Great location but that’s probably the only thing going for it!

Brilliant place. Super-convenient location in the middle of town, lovely rooms, great bar with fireplace and happy hour apres-ski, and an AMAZING setup on the roof...hot tubs with views of Mont Blanc, order drinks while soaking, saunas, outdoor pool...will DEFINITELY be back.

Although it was a hotel it felt like home

Overall, I cannot say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is marked as having 4 stars but unfortunately I do not believe it fulfils the 4 stars criteria. This is not because of the amenities but because the service quality at a 4-star hotel is generally of a high standard and unfortunately the service quality at Park Hotel Suisse & Spa is poor. We had several issues such as: At check in no one informed us that the hotel had a Ski room for skiing equipment storage, after collecting our equipment and entering the hotel with it through the reception a member of staff shouted at us as if we were committing a terrible crime, in front of all other guests. Completely unnecessary and rude. At the spa, there was a male member of staff which were constantly staring at us, we are two women and felt completely uncomfortable being stared at. We walked into the restaurant and asked if we could have dinner by the fireplace and were rudely spoken to by a member of staff. The restaurant menu is extremely limited and did not have any vegetarian options.The Wi-fi connection was extremely weak. A cleaning cloth was forgotten in our bathroom sink. The shower drain did not work properly and we had to shower in a puddle of water. After checking out I received a call from the hotel asking if we had a massage the day before, I was baffled as we never even enquired about having a massage. We were treated as if the staff were doing us a favour, not as paying customers. Location is the only benefit.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staffs! I’ve never been yelled at or hung up on by a hotel staff. I’m shocked how a hotel staff can yell at a customer and hang up on the phone. These staffs seriously need basic education on how it’s supposed to work on hospitality services.

The property has charm but is also dated and could use some finishing touches and some modernisation. We didn’t necessarily feel it was worth the money. A lot of the things seemed like it was trouble for the staff who we found unhelpful a lot of the time. maybe were just overly polite brits but felt they were quite rude. Loads of noise from noisy guests at 4am meant we also had a terrible night sleep. Overall not the peaceful spa stay we hoped for. Good location though with nice views.
