Hotel Vannucci is truly a little slice of heaven in Umbria. The location is perfect, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful town all just a short walk away. After exploring during the heat of summer, the stunning pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. The rooms are divine and the beds are incredibly comfy! Breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely adored it. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms were clean, a very nice size and very well appointed and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The town itself was dreamy. Many of the homes are covered in flowers and plants. Not touristy like many of the towns that we have visited and extremely walkable. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon and every time we walked outside the flowers on the linden trees all over the town filled the air with the best smell . We both did not want to leave. What a special place.

We have stayed at this hotel before, never disappoints us. Very calming atmosphere, great way to start s 2 week holiday . The town is really lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel

Everything was great from the moment we got there beautiful room, beautiful staff, friendly staff, beautiful great food great customer service the only one thing that I didn’t enjoy. It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you

Excellent in all aspects!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vannucci. The staff provided outstanding service—warm, attentive, and always helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and after a hot day, the swimming pool was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated. Breakfast each morning was of good quality with a nice variety, including fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, and scrambled eggs. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything you might want to see or do in town. Just note that it can be a bit noisy at times due to its central location. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Great hotel and excellent service.

Wonderful quiet and clean hotel in a great location to explore many beautiful hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. All in all a great experience at Hotel Vannucci!

Beautiful location to stay. The hotel was immaculate, the grounds were beautiful and the town is very quaint. We felt very welcomed. The breakfasts were a stand out too, excellent quality, range and options for all dietary needs. Would highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay with good access to sights in south Tuscany. Travelling to Sienna, Montepulciano and other places in the region was easy and simple.

A really beautiful character boutique villa hotel with exceptional staff. Our room was very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We ate a delicious meal in the hotel set in very pretty gardens overlooking the ornamental plunge pool. Easy walk into the old city which is fun to explore and has lots of dining options. A great base to explore Umbria/ Tuscany from

Overall, an excellent experience. One odd feature: the bar was closed both Tuesday and Wednesday, which for an otherwise excellent hotel seemed very strange.
