Room was fine. Quiet area and very close to the airport. Free pick up and drop off was awesome. Food was yummy. Only issue was some staff did not speak Englihs properly and seemed uninterested to help for that reason.

We chose the hotel primarily for the airport shuttle but were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was clean and staff were friendly. The shuttle was a fantastic benefit. Breakfast was good but not elaborate. While the hotel is not fancy it is a great value, we stayed our first and last night of traveling. Also, be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs! Fabulous food, great prices and good service.

The room was very clean, the staff was fantastic, the Wi-Fi worked with no problems. Dinner and breakfast presentations were great and the food was fantastic. The free shuttle service was the best. Pick up and drop off were on scheduled times. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Walter

Perfect location for the night before an early flight out of MXP. Lovely pizza at the restaurant, good breakfast and the airport transfer was included. Great!

Free airport pickup starting at 5 am. We had to get to airport at 4 am and it was a $25 euros surcharge. We book a triple bed room and got a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. Room either runs super hot or too cold. Restaurant dinner status being served at 7 pm, kinda pricy came out to $75 for a dinner for 3. Shower is clogged and basically a bath. Decent place for the price and distance to the airport.

Room seemed to be mostly clean (bathroom and sheets weren't dirty), but not well maintained. It made it feel unclean, scuffed walls, beat up furniture. The wifi doesn't reach the rooms. The traffic can be heard as though the windows are open when they are actually closed. Would not recommend.

Hotel is good for an overnight stay. Room was old but clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Shuttle to Malpensa airport is excellent and just 10-15 min away. Restaurant on site is very good and servers were very nice.

The staff was very helpful and reached out prior to our arrival through text message, asking if shuttle would be needed. Shuttle service showed up on time at the airport. If you need a shuttle back to the airport, make sure you book it early as it dies fill up and , like us, we had to take the shuttle earlier than desired. Rooms are small. The showers are very small but this seems to be standard in older Italian hotels. Rooms very very clean , make sure you didn't get a room facing the road and it was very noisy.

Good place to stay for one night if you're flying out of MXP. The hotel is old but very clean. Restaraunt downstairs is really cute and I had a great pizza to pizza To Go. The staff were great and the shuttle service was efficient. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are tiny. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a new mattress as I could feel the springs. Otherwise, very happy with my stay.

Only a one night stay, but this hotel is a well-oiled machine. From their responsiveness, to the airport shuttle to the room cleanliness, to the pizza we enjoyed in the on-site restaurant, they exceeded the our expectations. Not fancy, but everything we needed for a quick stay with our family of 5.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly as described, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning! Our airport shuttle was prompt and our driver Johnny was the best and got us safely to the airport! We would definitely stay here again should our travels take us through the Milan Malpensa airport!

The property was excellent for my budget and then some! They consistently offered me easy ways to get around, including the free shuttle service to the airport which was so easy and convenient. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and the service was top notch there as well! Great location, great budget, great staff! Would highly recommend !

The property is located in the middle of nowhere even though 15 mins from airport. You are stuck and generally have to eat at the hotel restaurant. The property is located right on a very busy road. Throughout the night there was constant loud traffic, could not sleep. Would not recommend at all
