Ni Las instalaciones ni las habitaciones corresponden con un hotel de 4 estrellas, en mi opinión no llega a ser de 3…. Me ha parecido muy caro. Está bien ubicado para hacer turismo de a pie, pero el acceso en coche es muy difícil, no es fácil aparcar.

This hotel was fine and clean I just think the photos make it look nicer than reality. Staff was very nice helpful. Location is perfect.

Great location in Salamanca, this hotel is right around the corner from everything you’d want to do there. Staff is friendly, place is clean, breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and near all the attractions

The hotel is located in the very center of the old city. This is close to all landmarks! However makes it difficult to arrive with suitcases ( and we had a lot) Hotel is good and rooms spacious

Perfect location right in the heart of everything

The staff at Hotel Rua are the kindest most accommodating people I’ve had the privilege to meet. They want to please their customers and they are willing to help with anything. They have gone above and beyond.

My hotel room was very disappointing. It was misrepresented. Nothing like the pictures on the website. And an old air conditioning unit located in a small area away from the actual bedroom so relatively ineffective in the bedroom. No TV in the bedroom area, stains that had not been cleaned in the bathroom tub. Bright white hospital lighting throughout only natural light came through some windows that were about 5 feet off the floor that looked on to a roof full of pigeon poop and some trash. The ceiling slanted down to barely 7 feet high at its lowest. So it felt like a cave. The furniture was dated and the whole room was very uninviting. Fortunately, I didn’t spend much time in my room, because for such a beautiful town, the room is fairly depressing. When I asked to be moved, I was told I was given the last room available , and that otherwise they would’ve moved me. No four-star or even three star hotel should rent a room like this.

Great location everything in walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. Quaint, functional if somewhat dated rooms. No English language tv channels. Parking available at cost nearby. Bit noisy at times at night but that comes with the territory.

It was hard to find this place initially by car but once we did we realized it is because it is actually in the heart of the city. Near everything. Great restaurant bar next door (Tapas 3.0!) Clean rooms and nice, helpful staff.

Great central location.

In the epicenter of the pedestrian zone of historic center in Salamanca. Outdoor bars, cafés, and restaurants right outside the door and on neighboring streets. Plaza Mayor is a 2-minute walk away. Cathedral is 7-10 minute walk away. Marvelous staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Quiet, spacious room on top floor with balcony and amazing view (Room 45 on 4th floor...ask for it or Room 44). Very clean and up-to-date inside. Perfect! Parking VERY DIFFICULT in area.

An excellent hotel with perfect location in the old twon. It is steps away from Plaza Mayor and walk to all attractions. The room is large enough and has desk/chair as well as two sofas. The staff was friendly. The AC and internet worked well.

The hotel was very convenient to all major attractions in Salamanca. Staff was friendly and helpful and facilities very clean!
