This is the 2nd time staying here. Love it. Very quaint. Clean, friendly, helpfully. Close to the marina to catch the ferry’s. And they have a pool! If I come back again I will be staying here👍👍👍👍

The restaurant downstairs was excellent and the location of the property was amazing!! So beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Room was a little smaller than I expected but overall, I had an excellent stay!!

Great location, easy access to other parts of the lake. Room was huge and very comfortable with a lovely view over the lake. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bottled water in the room would be a nice touch. All said, a very good stay would definitely recommend.

Great location and a sweet small hotel. The hotel reception is in the cafe so there isn't much space or room for luggage. Our room was spotless and had an incredible lake view and the pool views were spectacular. The hairdryer needed replacing - outdated for 2025!

I paid 200 euro per night at 9.30 PM, but they have the latest check-time at 7 PM as that's mentioned on Expedia. Consequently, i was not able to enter the room. I was waiting for 5 hours for a manager coming. It's not acceptable. Poor level of communication with that manager as well.

Beautiful place to stay. Right on the lake . Very comfortable clean . Lovely restaurant and great outdoor seating areas to enjoy coffee or aperitivo. Close ferry drop off . Easy to get to . Highly recommend .

The room has not been cleaned well for a while. Under the bed one could see and feel the dust. The location is great

A real gem half way up Lago de Como. Easy to get the ferries to other locations, great area to walk and visit a great selection of restaurants, clean and bustling with activity.

Excellent location. The room was clean and met with all our needs, balcony overlooking the lake added to the charm. Can’t fault it for the price.

The hotel had wonderful views and was very central. The staff were excellent and were so welcoming after our very late arrival.

Great location

Hotel location was amazing. We picked Managgio because it is less busy. We took the ferry to varenna and Bellagio. We spent about 2 1/2 in Bellagio and were ready to go back. Stay was nice beautiful views. One con our remote control batteries were dead and no one could help us. We like to enjoy our evening tv to relax

Staff could be more welcoming/friendly. Room was ok.

Convenient to everything, clean rooms

You can’t beat this location if you like to be close to everything. You can walk downstairs and order a couple of cappuccinos and fresh pastry and bring them to your room. We had a balcony where we could look over the plaza and people watch. Our view was fantastic! Walking distance to everywhere. This area isn’t a place for night life.
