I love the breakfast which is simple but delicious. Dinner at the courtyard is nice and relaxing. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Just to note-lovely brilliant stay but there is no air con if that is on your ‘must’ list Great stay-breakfast adequate and enough-usual fayre. We ate evening meal in restaurant and service and food were excellent-would recommend 👍 As there were two of us travelling -plus-there were actually 2 x chairs in the room to sit on

We were greeted by the owner who went above and beyond to make our stay flawless! The room was absolutely beautiful and we would recommend this hotel over and over again! We plan to revisit just because the experience was so top notch !!

We unknowingly arrived at the end of a local community celebration Meistertrunk. After a lovely breakfast in the garden we were serenaded by two roving groups in period costumes. Great fun and right outside. We wound up eating all our meals here as well. The food was very well prepared and tasty and the service was excellent.

Great staff and helpful!

Started out with a rather Kurt check in. We are aware of.the language barrier, but no need for rudeness. Room was okay, was a bit stuffy on an 85 degree day. Breakfast was a real pain. Almost every hotel we have stayed in, only a room number was required. As it turns out they wanted prepayment and made a scene in the service room. Not a terrible stay, but staff could be a little bit more aware of language and cultural differences.

The breakfast was good. Check in staff were ok but not overly helpful or friendly. Our room had a very bad smell in the toilet. But since we were there only one night we didn’t complain. It was a good location and the parking was convenient.

The room was clean. The restaurant was excellent (Dinner). Parking €15/day. Walking distance to sightseeing spots & shops.

Excellent location and very close to the wall. Very easy access to the many stores and restaurants inside the wall. The staff was superior - friendly and helpful in every way. Parking was also convenient.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating; giving us directions and booking a taxi for us when we needed it. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very delicious. I would recommend eating there. The hotel is situated near the town wall and a very easy walk to the town square.

Traditional Bavarian decor. We enjoyed the options for eating/drinks: Restaurant, breakfast room, plus outdoor patio right at the edgge of old town Rothenburg. We received a warm welcome & our waitresses were wonderful. Friendly staff ✔️ A charming smaller hotel that was an excellent experience.

I must say this is one of the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The hotel is located in a decent area within walking distance to the Christmas markets. Unfortunately, this the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Hotel is old and dirty. Room is small, bathroom are extremely small. Wifi are almost non-existent. Have a difficult time connecting to the wifi. The front desk receptionist are terrible, seems lost when you ask them questions, on top of all these the guy is loud and extremely rude. Terrible customer service.

Great location within the old town great restaurant on site and food and service was excellent. The washroom in the room was very small but served the purpose.

The staff (female receptionist and male waiter) were incredibly kind and helpful! They were so accommodating. The room was large, clean and comfortable the the location is top notch. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Great service, comfortable and clean room, great location. I would recommend that they put up a better frosted glass or at least a window sticker for the bathroom window. It was extremely awkward trying to use the toilet or shower when the window that left little to the imagination was where people would walk. Then to have a clear glass shower in direct line of sight??? No way I would shower at night. Everything else was great but rm 118 needs a better window cover.

Location is perfect for strolling around the incredible city, staff are so good and welcoming, room was big and clean. The perfect stay.
