Excellent location.Safe area and walkable to everything.Mist of the staff at the lobby were respectful and willing to assist us in every way,with one exception-Mr.Perez- who spoke to me as if I was someone ignorant when I was trying to buy a Spanish abanico(he needs to improve his people skills).I would like to praise Jesus,who was in the breakfast area- he was so kind!!He even shared with me how they make the Santiago tart!!and made himself available to take pictures of us on the New Year’s Eve night.. In general,It was a nice stay in a beautiful hotel.Will come back!

This is a beautiful hotel that is conveniently located to many walkable places. I did not get the room I wanted overlooking the plaza. Please take note that in order to get a room overlooking the plaza you have to be a couple. Nonetheless it was still a very nice room.

Was a hidden treasure in Zaragoza.In front of a beautiful old church.Location was great.Staff was wonderful.We were upgraded to a suit and gave us champagne and chocolates.Room was spacious with a huge closet.Sleepers and bath robes.Huge bathroom with double sinks,shower and whirlpool tub.Price was very affordable for the room and amenities I got. Definitely will book it again in the future.

Great reception service, we had a beautiful view of the plaza outside our window, bed and bath amenities were good. We also had a working TV with access to local stations that we enjoyed. The only con is we thought there were odd smells in the elevator and behind reception.

Clean, big rooms. Very business like receptionist with not much human touch but helpful when required. Room need modernisation. Not 4 star hotel level.

This is not a 4-star hotel. It´s more a 3-star. That said, if you go when it´s not summer, they have the A/C off for the entire hotel and the rooms are warm. You can either leave the window open - at it is super noisy outside until 5am - or you can keep the windows closed and be hot all night. The staff at the front desk were cordial, not friendly. They helped as needed. Parking at the designated garage is super tight (as most are in Spain) and it fills up on weekends so it is not guaranteed. Breakfast was ok.... no service, but food was decent. Could have more variety. Personally, I would not stay here again. Plus... I hate beds that don´t have fitted sheets so the bottom sheet keeps coming untucked. ;)
