The spa area requires maintenance otherwise excellent

Very comfortable with a lovely view of the beach and great sound of the waves.

Did not use the pool

Gutes Hotel mit kleinem Pool direkt neben dem Strand, gut an den Verkehr angebunden. Nachts (zumindest am Wochenende während unseres Aufenthaltes) recht laut.

No pool available and access to roof top

We were only here one night but the view from the room was beautiful. Gijón has a paseo along the beach that goes on forever. It was very enjoyable to walk and see all the people and all the dogs.

The hotel was nice. The proximity to the beach was great. Half-board option was very convenient for early dinners.

Ropms whete Tiny but clean

The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious

Near sea which was good. Parking on site was convenient but a bit pricey.

Best area to stay at Alturias

If you think you would enjoy the pleasure of paying for the following then Hotel ABBA is the place for you!!! Revolving entry door that is broken and a safety hazard...(main entry btw) Poor service at restaurant - may take your menu but not your order Worn, dingy, and dirty carpet in halls & rooms Small rooms Mildew/mold in bathroom A/C thermostat with knob that will not indicate or adjust temp Thumping club music at midnight on Sunday that can be heard as you lay in bed trying to sleep Hotel manager that will not reach out to you to discuss issues

Abba Playa Gijon Hotel is in a great location a very short distance from the main Gijon beach, with fabulous views from the roof terrace of the beach sea, promenade and old town. Great restaurants and shopping very close by. And free parking in the street outside the Hotel. The swimming pool was a real treat and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Top rating for this Hotel

Perfect location closed to everything

nice place to stay.a little noisy for traffic but we requested for room change and they did it without any problem.room need same update like no usb outlets for cellphone or hair conditioner.breakfast was pretty good and really nice staff.

The hotel is different, but very cool. The staff was mostly friendly and the vibe was good. The biggest complaint was that the shower was very dirty with mold. A little far from downtown but still walkable.
