Great choice on breakfast, a lot fresh fruit. Room is older but clean. Nice staff and free parking. Location is not that good. Limited choice on restaurants or attractions

Clean room and overall good size room

Room was clean bathroom toilet was leaking but apart from that it was a pleasant stay. Would have thought there would have been provision for a drink before 7.30 pm

Desayuno insuficiente no reponían nada y el señor de la noche en recepción sin educación ya que no respondía a los saludos, si tiene alguna deficiencia ruego perdonen mi comentario.

Everything was nice, the room, the staff, and the location. Found street parking easy although they do have an underground garage as well. Would recommend.

We wanted somewhere that felt local and authentic, away from all the tourists, for a few nights. We had a family of four in a single spacious room and spent a lot of time by the pool, walking around in the parks, and exploring downtown.

Me ha gustado el hotel, es clásico y la atención tanto en recepción al llegar y en restaurante, ha sido muy buena. Mi problema ha sido con un viaje de niños y niñas, que han estado corriendo por el pasillo hasta casi las 6 de la mañana. Lo he comentado en recepción y parece que me tengo que conformar porque son cosas de niños. La verdad que estoy muy descontento y no volveré, hay otras opciones y no tengo porque aguantar a nadie a esas horas.

Check in fast, but very slow checkout. There's a swimming pool, but it's boring. Ancient looking room. Parking is free, but there's no light inside the garage. Good location.

First time at this hotel. Very good value Free parking under the hotel. The staff were excellent.its location is perfect for access and walking. Mercadoma very close.The pool excellent towels v good and the breakfast extremely good. Will stay again

Cleanliness, property conditions

AC in our room took a long the to cool the room. A small technical issue overshadowed by the whole experience. Will definitely visit again.

Un Hotel muy bien ubicado con instalaciones de primera categoria y un desayuno Buffet muy bueno. Buena habitacion por lo espaciosa , con cama muy comoda y aseo excepcional. La unica pega es que está un poco anticuado, aunque conserva la atmosfera de finales del XX y principios del XXI

Good location,friendly staff

A very disappointing stay. People in the room next to us were extremely noisy. They woke us at 4 am with shouting and thrashing around the room. When I contacted reception, they said they’d call them to quieten down but the neighbours remained noisy until approx 5:30 am. Then, at 7:30 am an alarm started to go off in the opposite room beside us. The walls are very thin so it was very irritating and disrupted any possibility of getting back to sleep. Again, we called reception and they called to the room but no one answered. We then went for breakfast, which was also really disappointing. The eggs and bacon were completely cold and again, we had to ask staff to rectify the issue. On check-out we were charged full price for both the room and the breakfast. The receptionist said we should have requested a new room at the time (not that it was offered to us) which was less than helpful as it was now the next day and we weren’t the issue and it was 4/5 am! Overall, perhaps just an unlucky situation that we were put between two noisy rooms but one made much worse by the hotel staff not offering anything in response to make our stay comfortable.

Bien en general. Solo que la señorita de recepción del hotel podía haber sido más amable. Por lo demás bien. Muy bien situado, cerca del centro. El día que llegamos había un fuerte olor a tabaco en la habitación. Nos ofrecieron otra y ésta fue magnífica, muy bien insonorizada. La cama muy cómoda. El aparcamiento no muy bien señalizado para encontrar la salida. Recomendaría este hotel.
